We loved the services at the front desk, Koray gaved us so many helps. Our original checkin time is 3pm, but he helped us moved to 9am in case we arrive early. Wonderful services and quality. Breakfast is also nice. Will come again if next time to Istanbul.

Very nice property. A bit away from the tourist spots, so plan to take a taxi/public transportation daily, but you're also away from the prayer horns and have a larger lobby and space overall. Staff was generally good, some inconsistencies with dining staff from day to day. Really nice view of the Marmara Sea.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms always very clean and housekeeping staff are very accommodating of requests. Amazing views of the Marmara Sea at breakfast and wide variety of breakfast options (something new to try each day!). Excellent indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, a very luxury experience all round.
