The rooms are a bit small, recognizing this is an older building. We had tow separate stays, one room had a balcony that faced a brick wall, it held a small table and two chairs. It was nice, but cigarette smoke frequently drifted down from a unit above us. Our second stay had us in a room that had a very narrow frosted window, so it essentially had no window. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The lobby area has a great funky, eclectic vibe. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite. There are lots of dining options in the area.

Nice service, great location.
Great location, just by the High Street. To get to Sultanahmet I usually take a short 10 min downhill walk to the tram and to get back to the hotel take the furnicular up - the stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very nice, friendly team at the reception - always up for a good chat over coffee/tea.

Good location on a quiet side street off the main shopping street. Plenty of local cafes, bars & restaurants close to hotel. Tamsin Square just a short 5>10 minute walk away so good access for metro.

Location is excellent close to public transport, shops, restaurants, bars and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small room but suited our needs. Great to have a balcony to enjoy a drink after a long day siteseeing. Shower had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water .

Excellent location & amazing staff!
The location is just perfect, at istiklal, taksim square; you can reach the metro station in few minutes. The staff is so nice and helpful, especially Ukey. However, the bathroom was not clean & the third bed was not comfortable. But all in all the experience was great ! Enjoy :)

Good choice for a week's stay
An extremely good choice for a week's stay in Istanbul. Especially a good thing are the key cards that worked amazingly. Superb service. Good location near the Shishane metro station. Very clean and cozy room. We had a room with balcony and view could have been better. Now there was no view, just walls surrounded the balcony.

Convenient location, excellent service/staff.
No hotel is perfect... even 5 star hotels have small flaws sometimes. The search for excellence is what distinguishes a great hotel from the rest. In this case, what creates the difference and what brings the excellence is the hotel staff. They made feel like at home (...truly). For example: "You are welcome to use our laundry facilities at no charge, just let us know when you think you might need to use them". The room was clean, record simple and pleasant, the air conditioning was good.

Nice small hotel next to the vibrant istiklal str.
The hotel is close to the very busy and vibrant istiklal street, yet at night we were not bothered by any loud music. Small room for 2, clean, has the basics amenities for those who want a cosy warm place to sleep and rest after long days of walking around. They also have free laundry services which was great since we stayed for 10 days. Its calm at night, but i don't know if its the same for the other rooms. Only downside is that the sun doesnt enter the room, the light comes in from a small window that gives to another wall. Other than that we had a great stay!

Perfect location and super affordable!
Our room at No.11 was simply decorated with basic amenities but definitely ticked the boxes that mattered to us - a great location to explore and very affordable! The room itself was smaller than expected but we appreciated the little kitchenette and, for the price, we couldn't complain. For a couple in our early 30s with no kids, it served as the perfect base for exploring the city. Located right off Istiklal Street in Beyoglu, we were in easy walking distance to both Taksim Square and Old Town. Unlike Taksim Square, Istiklal Street is lively with plenty of great eateries, street entertainment and hookah places. There were plenty of premium dinner options close to us in Asmalimescit. All of the trendy shops and up and coming Turkish boutiques are located near Galata Tower which is also just a few mins away. And the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. On our last day, they allowed us to have a late checkout without a problem. The reception staff were present during day and left at night, which didn't bother us at all - Beyoglu felt perfectly safe at night. We enjoyed our stay at No. 11 Apartments. I'd definitely recommend this for a couple of independent travellers. Note: The hotel allowed smoking in rooms and we could smell it from our neighbours. Be mindful if you are sensitive.
