Thanks the hotel personels
Hello. My wife and I found here best respectful kindly behaviour to us about receptation and services. In particular, I got sick (food poison originated on out side fastfood) and the hotel manager helpt us throughout friendly behavior by taking taxi to go hospital at midnight. The maid was so respecteful and also, there was clean. I felt comftable there. However the hotel was near enough to taksim squier, but because of building location, was relatively quiet particularly at night. I only suggest that the hotel prepare a food menu and make easy manner to send it to guests of hotel. Thanks all hotel personels. Finally, I have an ask from the dear personel who referred us to the hospital to not refere anybody to the foregin hospital for emergency medical services.

The hotel was smaller than expected. The room that we stayed in was small and the bathroom was tiny. Some of the towels had holes in them and the bedsheets didn’t cover the double bed which was 2 singles pushed together. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was a very short walk to the metro and there are plenty of food places and shops. It was bustling and lively. But if you turn left out of the hotel it’s very depressing as it’s full of garages and tyres are left scattered on the street. The other good thing is the young man in reception during our stay was very helpful and friendly.

The room smelled terrible. The water was brown! Even after running it for +5 minutes, the faucet, toilet and shower water was brown. I brushed my teeth with bottled water that I had to buy down the street. And the shower had mold in it. "Beds sport premium bedding." The bed had 1 single sheet on it and it was terribly uncomfortable. The sheets also had someone else's hair on them! The hotel is right above an auto repair so it's very loud! There's no security at night; just a night manager. I heard gun shots the last night I was there and checked out the next day, with a remaining day left/paid for.

Otelin personeli çok sevimli, güzel insanlar. Temizlik mükemmel. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Sadece cadde trafiği biraz gürültü yapıyor ve geceleri güvenlik sıkıntı olabilir - tek başınaysanız, gelip gitmede taksi tercih ediniz.

Otelin konumu taksime yürüyüş olarak 15 dk, metro durağına 5 dk mesafededir. Fakat, gece çok için pek tekin bir yer değil gibi duruyor ama bir sorunda yaşamadık. Temizlik genel olarak iyi, Bodrum katındaki lağım kokusunu saymazsanız. Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş çok yardımsever, kahvaltı çok zengin olmamakla beraber bence standart seviyedeydi. Tekrar gitsem bu fiyata başka hotel arardım.

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde ve çalışanları ilgililer. Yeni bir otel ve temizlik açısından bayağa titizler. Geçmiş yorumlarda otel odaları küçük denmiş fakat bence pekte küçük değil. Hatta o bölge otelleri ve fiyat performansına göre çok çok iyi. 1 gece konakladıktan sonra aynı otelde birkaç gece daha konaklama fırsatım oldu ve özellikle tekrar aynı oteli tercih ettim. Hizmetleri için teşekkür ederim.
