The location of this place was amazing! It's in the middle of all the restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, and landmarks. The room was spacious and clean. Beware that there are no elevators though in the buidling. Also, walking from Tophane Station while lugging heavy luggage uphill on cobblestones with no proper sidewalks (as Google told us to do) is NOT recommended though. Take a taxi/Uber instead. LOL

I stayed at Pera Neuf for two nights (three days), and I had a pretty bad experience with it. First the positive, the location was very good, in the center of everything and so close to Galata tower and all the restaurants, so you will not be limited in anything in terms of the location. The room was clean and modern, although tiny. However, on the negative side, there were some issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. (1) First of all, there is no elevator and the room is on the fourth floor. When I mentioned that, the owner became super defensive, saying that it was written on Expedia. (2) What was not on Expedia though was the fact that they do not have working AC. When I complained about it, the owner said someone would come as early as possible next day to fix it. Of course no one came and it was unbearably hot in the tiny apartment. (3) Also, the picture of the balcony does not represent the reality. The view from the balcony was not as nice as shown on the website and was looking towards the back side of the building. (4) the room is not double room, it is a tiny room with one double bed ad a couch, but it is one tiny room. Overall, I think Pera Neuf has potential but needs to improve its facilities and service. I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility issues or expects a comfortable stay in summer. Also the Expedia page does not represent the reality of the room!

The place is nice and clean. Sinem was awesome. She helped out and went beyond her duties. Rented 6 rooms for our group. She was very friendly and super helpful. Will stay again if we go back there.

Great location so close to the start of istakal walking street and close to the train station too. Room was a good size and nicely decorated. Its more of an apartment block with private units no recpetion ... so do note. Also. No lifts.

Fantastic Apartment
Great location, right in the heart of Taksim but away from the noise. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. Would stay there again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. The location, the cleaness, the rooms, the service. Everything was beyond perfect. Next time im in istanbul I will stay here, for sure. The one and only downside is that there is no elevator, but we didnt mind. They help you with the lugage.

Lovely little property, each room decorated with care. It’s a room only hotel without restaurant or room service, but with plenty of cafes and restaurants adjacent. Def recommend a stay here!

Nice place but had sewage smell
Nice apartment in a great location. We stayed there for 2 days. Our first impression of the place was so good, but later we realized that there is some sort of sewage smell coming from the toilet and filling up the whole room. We had to keep the windows open all the time.

Be attentive that it's not a hotel, only apartments, there are no reception, Very important if you are traveling with a huge luggage-there's NO ELEVATOR. There are no sleepers in the room and the floor is very cold. There are no Molton Brown toiletries as the hotel shows on the pics. All the twin rooms have inside location and the view to another building (when we were staying builders were staying in 1 meter from our room and you must close curtains). Very nice location in few minutes from Istiklal Caddesi, metro and Galata Tower. Very clean. So if you don't expect a hotel service and you don't pay attention to the details it's very good choice.

Clean and stylish apartment in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and a small functional kitchen. Staff all friendly, they even came to let us in at midnight as we arrived on a late flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Excellent coffee shop next door.
