Worth Your Stay
We requested Twin, but double was arranged due to staff overlooking. Since the hotel was full, the night staff re-arranged to Twin in little time. Well done! 👍

The team here make you feel less like a guest and more like a part of a family. Each day were were offered complimentary Turkish tea or coffee, with cake, and this was often bought to our room at their insistence. Couldnt do enough to advise on what to do and see, and arranged a boat trip for us, including getting us there and back. Location is amazing (5 min walk to the key sites) and surrounded by some great restaurants. Excellent value for money....i cant say thank you enough for making our stay comfortable, welcoming and hassle free.

Excellent customer service and the hotel concierge is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about staying in Istanbul and any activities you want to do. The general staff are amazing and they good range of breakfast meals.

Nice little hotel
The hotel is very nice, the staff is great. The room and bathroom are a bit small but everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

This hotel is in the perfect location. The staff were very welcoming and helped with everything we needed. The location is in good walking distance of everything. Since we were flying to Jordan they were able to bring a nurse to the hotel for our PCR testing. Highly recommended!

We reserved 4 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. It was a great experience. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and would go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is good and more generous than similar hotels. You can even request eggs or omelets to be made anyway you want. Tea and dessert waiting by the front door everyday. Room was clean and updated. Most rooms have no view (the hotel faces other building on 3 sides) but that was no big deal for us. Location is awesome close to sultanahmet tram station. Covid test arranged on site. Airport shuttle was timely. Free and safe car parking across the road.

The only place to consider staying in Istanbul
Amazing, wonderful hotel; can't recommend highly enough. Attentive front desk service is provided by a trio of young, helpful and (let it be said) very good-looking young guys. (When I visited there were multiple challenges to be overcome, mostly related to COVID restrictions, and they patiently helped me deal with them all.) Tea and sweets are waiting at the front desk, the rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable, and a delicious buffet breakfast awaits you every morning at 8.00A. And it's perfectly located just steps from Sultanahmet Square, but in a quiet little that lets you retreat from the urban bustle. Would not even think about staying anywhere else on my next trip!
