We were very pleased with this hotel. It is not new, but very cozy, on the contrary, it is even better. The staff is amazing, they helped us with all our questions, special thanks to the staff for the breakfasts, we really enjoyed them every morning.location - the very heart of Istanbul, just perfect. There is a very nice market nearby, we bought a lot of clothes and Turkish delight there. Highly recommended.

Price was too high compare to room size and facilities. What I booked I did not get the same type room! Some employees was rude and has no manner no warm greeting nothing ! Location was great close to all attractions. Great area for food walking and shopping area . Breakfast was so so ! Their airport service was great , room service was good .

We had a spa room on the top (6th floor). It had a stunning view of the Marmara Sea and the East city. The lobby is pleasant and comfortable and there are excellent dining options nearby, including Rainbow Fish & Meat, right across the street. A super-convenient walkable option for Old City sights. I would rate this an easy 5 stars except for the breakfast. The breakfast is ok, but could be improved for Western diners. Lot of cold cheese, salads, but sesame bagels disappeared quickly and scrambled eggs weren’t always available without a long wait. This is not a place to have a rental car, but you don’t need one. Staff members were helpful and kind. Very highly recommended.

As advertised in a good way.

Great location for access to the sights. The views from room and dining room were good, could watch the boats and dolphins. Free breakfast was terrific, excellent selection of Turkish breakfast foods. Room was comfortable and clean, but could be noisy in morning as we were directly below the dining room, but it was time to get up anyway. Only downsides was some difficulty with the level of English with all the staff so we were unsure of communication at times, the pushing of pamphlets at the desk of high end tours and restaurants. I would also have liked seating, maybe cushions and rugs, on the rooftop level as the views are fantastic but no place to sit.

A good home base

Ok let’s start with the good. The location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was friendly. The not so good-super thin walls. We could hear neighbors pretty much doing anything all night. Enough to keep you up. The facilities are a bit run down so don’t expect plush accommodations.

This is the 5th time that I am staying at this hotel. I am in love with the view and location. Staff super friendly, the daytime front desk Enes and night time front desk. They even arranged our Covide test, everything was done exactly on time. Everyone seemed eager to help and treat you well, specially Sehmus was so kind to help anytime we needed. The hotel exceeded my expectations

Good hotel during Covid-19, over priced

Its a good property close to many attractions on walking distance. Cleaning was perfect, breakfast was very very simple not much choice, which they say to do with Covid, but that should have been informed on the booking page.

The location is excellent--within walking distance to many major sites, to the sea, and restaurants. The lighting in the room is very poor. I would encourage the management to correct this. We had pre-arranged for airport transportation and were told a driver would be waiting for us with our name on a card. This did not happen, which was very disappointing after a very long trip. A man kept promising us a driver was coming, but we still waited over an hour for our ride. However, the hotel did give us a very nice room upgrade with a beautiful view of the sea after we finally arrived, which we appreciated.
