My first issue was with the airport shuttle. I called ahead of time to let them know i was coming and when I arrived at the airport. I waited where they told me to wait for 25 minutes, I saw the shuttle go into the parking lot instead of coming to the shuttle lane and leave. I waited another 30 minutes for him to return to pick me up. He clearly didnt know where he was supposed to go. Once we got to our room, my mom noticed a bed bug on the pillow. Instead of apologizing and offering us some kind of compensation for clearly not checking their rooms, they moved us to a different room which was helpful, but if youre in customer service you should at least be apologizing for such a big inconvenience. The lady at the front desk was really nice, that was probably the only good part about it.

Who ever designed this hotel was drunk at the time. Endless hall ways with nothing in them. no windows in room except one that faced the hallway of another section of the hotel. A light in front of the closet with no switch to turn it on. Light in the shower was burnt out, shower faucet broke, no blanket to speak of. 25 yr. old lcd tv. very dingy plus the airport shuttle doesn't start until 7 am. the only bright spot was the front desk clerks.

Notice that when I exit building there was no reentry and that was unknown, that the card key box was broken. Need more light surrounding the hotel. The joining restaurant is not affordable. No one was at the front desk when I checked out. The rooms are generally nice and quiet hotel. The area was convenient to other restaurants and the airport. I wasn't sure if the hotel still had a shuttle. Overall it was nice as expected.

The property is clean, the staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, i did have an issue with water leaking through the ventilation system in the bathroom when it was raining.

Liked the overall experience, but we were put into a room with no heat and no way to turn off the cold air that blew constantly our entire first night. The temperature outside was in the mid 30’s. They did put us into another room, but we had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again in another room.
