Great for families with pets
Very pet friendly for additional $25 per night. Pretty hotel with convenient location. Road noise could be heard from our room, but it wasn’t bad. We had a sliding glass door to at opened directly to the large pet relief yard. Lots of little extras that weren’t expected but were appreciated (soup and salad was being offered when we checked in, just before their milk/cookie offering).

The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. There were a bunch of kids staying and being loud above, but other than that, it was great. Definitely will stay there again.

Location to downtown and Gonzaga was great. The hotel was overbooked for rooms with two beds so we were put into a room with one bed and a sleeper that next to the (noisy) elevator. When I called the front desk to share my dissatisfaction the manager moved us into a room with two beds. Not sure how/why that occurred but we were quite grateful!

This is such a beautiful property. Our room was clean, smelled great, and I love the walk-in shower. The young woman who checked us in was wonderful and helpful. Appetizers in the lobby were delicious.

Beautiful hotel with a good breakfast, pleasant staff, fabulous bedding. I usually take my own pillow when we stay at hotels…..not necessary with this hotel. Good strong shower with plenty of hot water. My only complaint is parking. There are not enough slots when the hotel is full. You can actually be forced to park elsewhere on a busy night and make your own way up the hill.
