Hotel novo e excelente em Penedo. O quarto segue padrão hotéis tipo Hilton, cama grande e confortável, decoração clean, bem iluminado, banheiro com 2 chuveiros grandes no box. Recepção e áreas comuns bem decoradas e confortáveis. Atendimento na recepção muito atencioso e agradável, o check in foi rápido pois uma ficha com as informações necessárias foi preenchido com antecedência. A área de lazer com piscina aquecida e sauna é um capítulo à parte, belíssima com as paredes envidraçadas e vista para a área dos jardins. O paisagismo é muito bonito e agradável aos olhos. A localização é excelente também, é possível ir ao centro comercial a pé. Para um hotel com menos de um ano, e já em obras para incrementar ainda mais o conforto e lazer, é realmente uma grande pedida em Penedo.

O hotel se propõe a atender um público mais diferenciado, porém, deixa muito a desejar. Tirando o café da manhã que é muito bom, o restante faz com que a experiência seja catastrófica. O pior quesito é a piscina que aparentemente é linda. Mas basta 30 minutos na água para perceber que todos os hóspedes começam a espirrar junto com você. Quando percebe, o cloro já tomou conta da parte respiratória. Isto acontece pois o cloro em contato com suor, urina, protetor solar e outros resíduos, gera gases que irritam a mucosa nasal, denuncionando a má limpeza e/ou má ventilação do espaço. Durante a nossa estada, reclamamos que o nosso quarto nao havia sido limpo e o staff não fez absolutamente nada. Tivemos que arrumar o quarto por conta própria. No check-out, apontamos nossas insatisfações e a resposta foi um "não podemos fazer nada, mas vocês podem reclamar nos sites de avaliação". De maneira geral, a gestão parece ser ruim, pois o preço da cerveja foi informado errado quando perguntado, ocasionando uma "surpresa" no check-out, e pelo número insuficiente de sabonetes no quarto (que por sinal, eram de qualidade aquém do que se espera por um hotel desse preço. Fora os detalhes de remendo de alvenaria, barulho de construção e outros que afetaram negativamente a experiência. Enfim, poupe seu dinheiro e encontre outra pousada em Penedo.

Hotel com boas instalações , novas e modernas. Utilizamos por apenas uma diária de passagem de SP para o RJ. Entretanto estão com reformas, colocando uma estruttura metálica e iniciaram os trabalhos antes das 8h da manhã, prejudicando quem gostaria de acordar um pouco mais tarde. Se o objetivo é spa precisam ter mais atenção. Posso retornar ao hotel para outra avaliação, mas só quando cessarem as obras.

Acima do padrão mas, com observações de melhoria!
Boa estrutura, tudo novo, quartos espaçosos, muito limpo! Excelente localização, próximo a área comercial de Penedo, não usei carro. Café da manhã muito bom! Hotel com padrão bem acima da maioria dos de Penedo. Pontos de melhoria a meu ver: - seria bom um serviço de quarto com lanches, aperitivos (senti falta disso na área da piscina também); - piscina poderia ser melhor explorada, com mesinhas e cadeiras... Espaço tem. - no quarto que fiquei (41) o assento sanitário fica muito apertado junto a porta (erro de projeto); - a TV no quarto está instalada muito baixo, na mesma altura da cama, dificultando uma boa visualização (pode ocasionar dor no pescoço). Uma piscina externa faria muita diferença... Foi tempo que Penedo fazia muito frio, rsrsrs. Como relatei, são pontos de melhoria mais que não rebaixam uma excelente classificação do hotel. Me hospedaria mais vezes.
