A nice place to stay on tbe outskirts of Ithaca
Our trip got off to a surprising start when the host sent me an email the day before our scehduled arrival telling us that our check-in was scheduled for a day earlier than we had reserved. Eventually, we got that mix up straightened out. Check in was very easy, and the house was mostly as advertised.I was disappointed that the large gas fireplace (an appealing feature that had attracted us to this rental) was broken. I had to inquire twice with the property manager before being told that, yes, it was indeed not operational. The property manager made no attempt to address this shortcoming. We felt like more effort should have been made, especially since we brought it up early in our stay.Other than that issue, everything else in the house worked well, hence my 4-star rating. I would recommend this rental, but maybe confirm that the fireplace has been fixed if you care about such amenities. Overall, a gold value on the outskirts of Ithaca.

Perfect Place for Ithaca College Graduation Weekend
Place was clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Directions were clear. Fireplace didn't work but that would have just been an added bonus. Perfect location for my daughter's graduation from Ithaca College - just a 1 minute drive down the road. Easy drive to town and to Cornell as well, just a few miles down the road. I was worried the common area might be too small for our family of 5 plus 4 friends who came by for dinner, but it was perfect. LOVED it. Highly recommend.

Over Delivered
This place is just as the pictures described. It was clean, cozy, located up the hill from downtown, and did I say clean and cozy. Management is responsive and accommodating to the guest. The unit was well equipped to house as many as suggested. Parking was available for at least 4 cars. I would in fact I am recommending that anyone looking to be close to downtown Ithaca but not in the mix...this is the place and enjoy!

Cute house with room!
We were in town for a four day swim meet. The house met our needs with everyone being together yet having their own space. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the games and books. Layout was great! Would stay here again!

Cornell Family Visit
Very nicely updated home with many extra items available in the kitchen. Great having 1st floor bedroom and bath along with 3 additional bedrooms and 2nd bath on the 2nd floor. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely rebook this lovely home again!

Ithaca Getaway
We spent a nice week visiting Ithaca. Great location. Only a few minutes drive to Ithaca and most of the gorges around town. An old house but newly renovated and everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked, wifi was great, and everything worked well. Will definitely stay there again if we're in the area and it's available.
