Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, a short walk away, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. While staying in this property you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the Resort's famous luxury golf courses! The Omni Amelia Island Resort has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The Resort encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. The Beach Walker pool is also conveniently located between the beach and the condominium and is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.
RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.
Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.
All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $150 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
