Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee Fernandina Shores osakehuoneisto monimutkainen saaren North End. North End on vähemmän täynnä, joten rannalle on taattu eturivin paikka. Se on 200 askeleen ovi hiekkaan. Se on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Main Beachiltä, jossa on lasten leikkipaikka, putt putt, skate park, koripallokenttä, ravintoloita ja hengenpelastajia. Historiallinen Fort Clinch sijaitsee kilometrin päässä huoneistoista. Se on loistava paikka saada näkymä majakkaan, villieläimiin, lenkille tai polkupyöräretkelle. Fort Clinch on yksi parhaiten säilyneistä linnoituksista Yhdysvalloissa, ja se sisältää retkiä ja kuukauden ensimmäisenä viikonloppuna eläviä reenaktioita.

Olemme kunnostaneet koko huoneisto. Suuressa olohuoneessa on 65 ”Ultra HD Smart TV, johon kuuluu DirecTV. Makuuhuone ja yksi kahdesta vara-makuuhuoneesta sisältävät 43 tuuman 4 k: n Ultra HD -televisio. Mestari sisältää myös DirecTV: n. Wifi on mukana sekä avaimeton merkintä, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia avaimen pitämisestä samalla kun rentoudut rannalla tai uima-altaalla. Olemme asentaneet koko kodin veden pehmennysjärjestelmän. Voit juoda vettä pesualtaasta, joten et enää tarvitse pullotettua vettä vähentäen siten jalanjälkeäsi maan päällä. Hiukset ja iho tuntuu hyvältä!

Vain tien varrella 14. kadulla on kalastuslaituri ja kajakki / vene. Huoneistokompleksissa on vene / RV-pysäköinti, jossa on edistyksellinen ilmoitus. Egans Creek Greenway Trail on vajaan kilometrin päässä asunnosta ja tarjoaa mailia pyöräteitä sekä koskematonta luontoa.
Älä unohda historiallista Downtown Fernandinan rantaa, joka on 3 kilometrin päässä huoneistoista. Siinä on monia ravintoloita, kauppoja, pubeja ja paljon muuta. Voit viettää päivää täällä näkemättä kaikkea. Siellä on lauttayhteys, jos haluat nähdä Cumberlandin saaren päivän.
Soggy Bottoms tarjoaa kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle perhelomalle. Uima-allas ja tenniskentät, jotka ovat 30 metrin päässä takaovesta, ovat käytettävissäsi. Meillä on rantatuoleja, leluja ja muutamia lauttoja. Huoneisto on erittäin hiljainen, joten EI OSAPUOLET ja kunnioitettava. Olemme omistaneet tämän kiinteistön lähes 20 vuoden ajan. Great time

My family flew in to visit with our oldest son who is stationed in Kings Bay! We had a great time hanging out the beach and enjoying some drinks at Sandbar while our 11 year old enjoyed playing in the sand. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. We had my MIL who also flew in to enjoy time with us! It was absolutely an amazing week!

Wonderful family trip

This was a PERFECT spot for our family trip. The property was clean and well-stocked, and the host was very communicative. We had a wonderful time walking to the beach to find shark teeth and shells and biking into the park or into town. Perfect spot for a quiet family trip.

Amazing Place to Stay for Young Family

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Soggy Bottoms! Ashley went above and beyond to care for us during a critical transition for our family. We stayed at the condo more than 2 weeks as we adjusted to life with our newborn son! We travelled with our 2 daughters and they loved the kids table, the pool noodles/toys in the shed, drawing with the crayons and paper. We felt so welcome with lots of littles. The pack n play and toddler bed rail were so helpful! Ashley was a wonderful communicator and would immediately respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was so well stocked! Plenty of shower towels, hand towels, sheets, and beach towels. We enjoyed all the different chairs, floats, sand toys and the beach wagon in the shed! The foot shower and full outdoor shower were so great for getting sand off after the beach. This condo was in a quiet area, very clean, lots of friendly neighbors and a very short walk for our kids to get to the beach. The pool was used daily for our family! Another bonus was the water softener! Great clean water to drink. Close to the grocery stores and a 5 minute drive to the historic downtown with many shops and fun restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo!!!

Amazing stay! Beds are super comfy, great water pressure, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, water filter was a huge good surprise! Location is pretty nice-would love to be able to see the ocean. But walk was easy peasy. Manager very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning crew could put a better eye on things but overall very happy!! Worth every penny!

Just steps away from the beach and equipped with beach toys, rafts, and boards. My husband, teen daughter, and 9 year old boy had a fantastic vacation and this was the perfect place to stay! We would book it again ! Amelia Island is so beautiful !

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. It was clean, fully stocked, and easy access to the beach. The outdoor shower was wonderful for rinsing sand away and the enclosed back deck provided good storage for our beach stuff. The host was very responsive to our questions about the property and we had no issues during our stay. When we booked, we didn’t realize all bedrooms were upstairs. This was a concern with a toddler, but we purchased a portable gate and it turned out OK. The complex was very family friendly and we would recommend this property as a great place to stay!

Wedding Weekend

Not only was this place updated and clean, it also accommodated 2 families and my young grandchildren. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and also close the venue we were attending! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great stay, perfect beach

We had a great stay. Easy walk to the beach, which was never too crowded and beautiful! Condo was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the wagon, beach toys and beach chairs. Our only note- the steps were a bit steep for our 2 & 5 year old- wish there was a baby gate for evenings for safety. Thank you!

Girls Trip

The condo was great! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach where we rented beach chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to downtown where we ate dinner and shopped. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again. We had six ladies and were very comfortable and felt very safe. The pool was conveniently located near the unit.

This property is close to the beach, clean and in a great neighborhood. We had an issue with the door and the neighbor came right over to help us. We loved having the back door with shower. We went over memorial weekend and it wasn't crowded. The owners had a book of places to eat, things to do and rent. With their reviews and we loved that. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay.

Great family stay

My daughter and her husband and four children ranging from 3 months to 7 years stayed and had plenty of room. We came over for dinner with a well stocked kitchen to use and plenty of room for everyone at the table or bar. The beach access is visible from where the car is parked and an easy two block walk. The street is not busy and the kids were able to ride their bikes with few cars coming by. The back fenced in porch was great for storage and well stocked with all kinds of beach things. A convenient water hose and additional faucet/shower for washing off the sand. We would gladly choose this location again.

Great Beach Trip with the Family

This trip consisted of Nana, Granddaddy, Moma, Daddy, 3 yr old and one yr old. And this was the perfect place. There were beach toys there for the kids so much less to pack for us. We forgot the kids tear free soap but were pleasantly surprised with finding some there. And the outside shower on that back porch was clutch! It is clean and we'll furnished. It's two blocks from the beach. Which for me is better than being in a high rise on the beach. And it's convenient to a lot of things on the island. The owner was also supper helpful pre-trip with quest about the island. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

Perfect beach vacation

Great location easy walk to the beach which is not over populated and 2.5 miles from downtown. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and more beach chairs, tent, toys, and boards. Owners are very responsive and have some great recommendations. We have never been to the area and enjoyed our stay. A very nice family vacation spot. Love to return in the future!

Thank you for your kindness in offering your home as a VRBO destination on Amelia Island. We all came to the island carrying stress, worry and fatigue. We are leaving rejuvenated - full of love and hearts bursting with gratitude and peace. We are already planning our trip for next year and hopefully we’ll be able to stay at your place once again.
