Overall it was a great hotel. However when we first arrived we realize the air conditioning unit wasn't working. We had Hotel staff come take a look at it and she thought she had it fixed but it didn't work. In the end we had to transfer to another room which was inconvenient but not that big of a deal. However I realized first thing in the morning that our coffee maker was missing apart so I couldn't make my own coffee. When I went to the front desk there was a heavy set woman working who wasn't very helpful. She told me she didn't have another coffee maker to give me. I told her I would like to have a cup of coffee before I leave in the morning which was supposed to be very early and ahead of the breakfast schedule. She told me that there would be coffee at 4:00 a.m. when I went down to get coffee she was no longer working and the person that was working hadn't made coffee yet. It was very frustrating. The breakfast offering in the morning was really good with lots of options and fresh food available.
