It's a fantastic setting for small families with children, as it sits right next to Adolph Wurn Park and its sports fields, basketball court, and playground. So much is close by when you're ready to get out and explore, including Jaguars games at EverBank Stadium (four miles), the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens (six miles), the Riverside Arts Market (six miles), and Jacksonville Beach (12 miles).

This single-story guest house shares its property with a separate main home, but it has its own private entrance around back. The interior is modern and comfortable, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi waiting to welcome you back from your daily excursions.

There's a main living space offering a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and a TV to screen your favorite movies at night. You'll find a second TV in the bedroom, with extra sleeping accommodations on the living room sofabed. A private washer/dryer is also provided to refresh your clothes, swimsuits, and towels overnight.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
