Family time at Casa Tortuga
We enjoyed our Family time! The beds were comfy, the pool was not heated warm enough, the game room was fun, slightly disappointed there are no dressers to unpack,in bedrooms, or enough hangers, not many extra towels, for a 2 week stay, But other than those few shortfalls, it was a nice home, loved the yard, with all the large palms!

Family Wedding Weekend and Chill Out Week
We had a family wedding in PVB so my husband and adult kids were with me for an extended weekend and I stayed a few extra days alone to hang out with my sister who lives in Jax. This house was perfect. It was large enough for all five adults over the weekend and completely zen (!) for just me for the last 3 days. Our host truly paid attention to every little detail. This house was immaculate - the beds and furnishings comfortable and the vibe was laid back, beachy and clean. The kitchen had everything I could have possibly asked for - we cooked a couple of large family meals - and we all loved sitting around the pool in the daytime and especially under the patio lights at night. The kids had a ping pong tournament and we all brushed up on our dart-throwing skills. Our stay included Halloween night and the neighborhood threw quite a block party - nice people everywhere - just a fantastic spot. When I had a couple of questions during the week (and also leading into our trip), communications with our host were incredibly prompt - I can't say enough about that - it's stressful planning a big family trip and I appreciated the excellent communication. We hope to have the opportunity to be back to PVB - this home will be our first choice. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our time
This was a great house for our group of college and high school aged kids plus parents. It was very clean, bright and sunny. The kids loved the game room and pool after a day on the beach. Getting to the beach (10 minutes) plus the hassal of finding parking was the only down side.

Great place for family getaway
The house is very nice with everything you need for a fun beach trip. My family loved the pingpong table, dart board, and pool. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Trip
Brought our young adult sons with us to PVB for a sensational golf trip! The house was PERFECTLY located to courses, dining and entertainment. Day tripped to St Augustine and spent our afternoons soaking in the beautiful pool! Boys report it was their favorite trip yet and this house provided the fun! This boy mom is so happy ❤️

Adorable home in convenient location
My family of 5 came for the holiday. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to questions and had the house stocked with everything you could need including beach towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and hair dryers. The backyard is a paradise. Will definitely return!

House was a great place for our family to stay over the holidays. Enjoyed how close it was to the beach and walking trail. Kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs.

Perfect House!!
We were in town for a wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect for us. It was my husband and I, our 4 kids, and our daughters fiancé. We had plenty of room, and the accommodations were everything we needed and more. The house is newly renovated and well thought out. Lots of extras, and location is great too. Backyard is beautiful with a lovely pool, but unfortunately, the weather was a bit chilly for pool use this weekend. We instead, made good use of the game room, which was full of many options. My son loved beating me in ping pong repeatedly. My husband who is normally ho-hum about houses, commented several times about what a great house it was. If we're ever in the area again, this definitely will be where we look first!!

A wonderful home to stay. Crisp, Clean and Classy is the perfect description for this home. Four tennis players enjoyed the luxury of the home and enjoyed to area as well. Definitely would rent again.

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay and this property was the perfect spot and met all of our needs. We found something to entertain everyone in our group right on site. The beach was a quick drive away but with the amazing pool and emenities, we really didn't feel like we needed to leave. Communication with property owner was quick and easy. Would definitly stay here again and would highly recommend.

Perfect Staycation
Our big family (3 small families in one) was able to comfortably stay at the house, and it had entertainment for everyone (ages <1yr to 70+). The house is also about 10 minutes from Mickler Beach, so ocean access is easy too!

Lovely home in Ponte vedra
I was looking for a home to stay in the area when I go see my sister. This was the first home I came across that was actually renovated and nice and no carpet which is a plus for me. The owner was very friendly and responsive and the house also looks like the house keepers actually clean it. I have stayed in many rental homes for vacation and this is usually not the case. So it was very nice to see that the owner actually cared about the property and kept it up. Will definitely be staying again. Also the owner supplies a lot of amenities like cleaning supplies, coffee, laundry soap. I usually always bring my own so this was a nice touch to not have to run to the store if I needed something.

Paradise in Ponte Vedra
This home has everything one needs for a perfect beach getaway. It was the 5 star of vacation rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even though it was just the two of us, we still had a ton of fun in the game/arcade room. I had to work some while I was there and was grateful for the mini office which allowed me my own space for conference calls. The pool and landscaping were just as pictured and absolutely perfect for 90 degree days when the beach was just too hot. We loved the close proximity to everything and hope to return again soon.

A Real Tax Break
We had the best time. Every time we thought we needed or wanted something it was already there at the house. It was very much like home. We would suggest railing to enter the pool for kids or seniors or anyone with limited mobility. We loved it and would be happy to go again!
