Comfortable, clean, attractive room. Appreciated the curtain between the bed and small sofa, which allowed one occupant to snooze while another reads. Good complimentary breakfast. Convenient sandwich shop next door, which allowed us to obtain dinner without having to drive around (and get lost) on the confusing Jacksonville streets.

I thought the concept of the hotel was excellent extremely affordable, responsive staff great location for my needs. My only knock was the showerhead.! But I’m sure that’s an easy fix. I’ll be staying at this hotel throughout the country when I have the need.

We were only here for 1 night. My kids and I were down for a concert. The location was perfect, and only 10 minutes away from the arena. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was a added bonus.

Very nice and clean room but breakfast was not good at all. They ran out of bread, one of the staff was telling the guest that why they are eating too much yogurt! No eggs or warm breakfast. The hot water for tea was cold. In general hotel room was great but terrible service.

The room was very clean and spacious. I appreciate the general manager intervening to assist me because the front desk agent wanted to double charge me. I paid through Expedia and she was telling me that I didn't pay.

Brand new hotel with plenty of good parking and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. One small complaint is that the HVAC unit was quite loud and couldn’t be turned off.
