Viehättävä merinäköala vertaansa vailla muilla saarella tekevät tästä ylellisestä Summer Beach 3 makuuhuoneesta / 2. 5 kylpyhuone kaupunkiasunto ylimääräinen. Toinen, jonka kävelet etuoven läpi, hämmästyvät henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä, jotka näkyvät helposti liukulasiovi-ovesta ja suurista ikkunoista suuressa huoneessa. Tilavassa suuressa huoneessa on khaki-nahkasohva ja 2 laivaston lepotuolia, jotka on järjestetty kaasun takan ympärille, ja sen yläpuolelle on asennettu taulutelevisio. Hiljattain remontoitu keittiö, jossa on nykyaikaiset valkoiset kaapit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja upea harmaa graniittitaso, on avoin suurelle huoneelle, ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset runsaan kodin aterian valmistamiseksi. Tämä ylellinen kaupunkiasunto on vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta ja aivan nurkan takana Summer Beach Club -alueelta. Anna lapsille roiskua uima-altaassa, kun rentoutua ja nauttia virkistävästä juomasta Beach Clubin snackbaarista milloin tahansa toukokuusta syyskuuhun. Toinen suosittu huvila on lähellä oleva tenniskenttä, joka tarjoaa hauskan tavan pysyä aktiivisena lomalla (saatavilla pyynnöstä). Sailmaker-yhteisö Summer Beach Villagessa on myös oma uima-allas, joka sijaitsee upean tammen puun yli vain Sailmakerin asukkaille. Fantastic beach property
We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.

Beautiful dog friendly beachfront townhome
We only spent 3 nights at this beachfront rental, but we enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! Thank you to the owner for sharing their incredible summer home!

Great location and view
The condo has the perfect view. The recliners in the living room are perfect! We couldn't get the internet to connect but I didn’t bother calling anyone. However, the management company called the next to see if everything was ok and someone was there within 30 minutes and it was fixed. Great experience!

Unique Dune’s Edge / Ocean View Property
A special townhouse- style unit in an amazing mid-island location with sweeping views of the natural dune-scape and ocean. Not as highly manicured as the Omni / Ritz properties but that was a plus for us. Immediate boardwalk access to the beach for long walks and a desirable sense of privacy, especially during our off-season visit. Highly recommended!

Loved the view!
Excellent, wide, unobstructed views looking out over the dunes to the beach. Corner unit with lots of natural light. Quiet neighborhood. Great location south of Ritz-Carlton and north of Omni. Good restaurants at both. There are stairs: an outside flight to the main floor entrance (second floor), then an inside flight from the living area to the master bedroom (third floor). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo with stunning views
This property was clean and comfortable. Not quite as "luxurious" as the description, but certainly comfortable. The views are stunning and there is easy access to the beach and community pool. This property would not be suited for those with limited mobility as it is on the 2nd floor requiring the ability to navigate stairs. There is an additional set of stairs inside leading up to the 2 main bedrooms. Although, there are 3 bedrooms in this condo, I would not recommend for 6 adults as the 2 full baths are en-suites which would require the couple in the downstairs bedroom to shower in one of the en-suites upstairs. Not ideal unless you are close family/friends. The downstairs bedroom does have easy access to 1/2 bath so would work for children/teens. The property managers for this unit are excellent. They quickly responded to all my emails/calls both prior to arrival and once on site. They even called after my arrival to make sure things were to my satisfaction. I did have a few minor issues during my stay that they quickly addressed.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. It was absolutely beautiful and the most relaxing getaway! The views are spectacular, we had everything we needed. Paradise Perfect!
Renting was easy & price affordable. The property was immaculate with magnificent views & lovely, comfortable but tasteful furnishings. Only negative (and it is minor) is that we were prohibited from reducing AC below 70 degrees, even at night. We generally like it a bit cooler so that took getting used to. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!!

Perfect spot to make family memories.
This is our second time staying at this location. We love how close it is to the pool and ocean. There is a new (to us) path out to the bridge that will take you straight out to the ocean. We love to look for turtles in the land underneath the walkway to the beach. The new flooring is really beautiful and the new (to us) paint color is so pretty! Having access to laundry is so wonderful and the place is always so clean and comfortable. We will forever cherish the family and friend memories we have made in this place. Being able to look out to the ocean and see dolphins while we enjoyed our morning coffee was wonderful. We hope to return soon!

Great Property!
Property is in a beautiful location and is steps from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, fully equipped, and everything was in working order throughout stay. Guests have access to tennis courts, pools, and easy access to bike trails and beach. Property is both dog and kid friendly. We would absolutely recommend this property and would return if ever on Amelia Island in the future.
