Perfect property for a small family or group! It was exactly what we needed as a family with a small toddler who goes to bed early and needs his own space. Property was clean, quiet and well stocked as well as in awesome proximity to the beach and to old town! Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Good GA/FL place to sleep
We stayed on Amelia for the GA/FL game. We pretty much just need the condo for sleeping and it did just fine. We did reach out to the host the day before to see if we could check in early so we could drop our stuff off but he did not respond until we were already making other arrangements the day of check in. We were able to check in at noon so we were thankful. Place was clean and as described. Fit 6 people just fine and the entry/exit process was pretty easy

Absolutely wonderful!
Really enjoyed the stay. The outside of the building is nothing remarkable, but the inside of the condo is very well decorated and felt very upscale yet homey. This property is very close to everything we wanted to do. We will be back for sure!

Convenient Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, secure and convenient condo. The single beds were a bit short (ok for kids) and the host provided snacks and coffee pods. It’s close to the beach and had good parking.

Had an enjoyable stay in the condo. Very close short walk to the beach to see sunrise every morning. First time to Amelia Island and will definitely plan on returning. Condo was clean and well stocked for our needs.

Great Experience!
We decided to go to Amelia Island for a quick, back to school get-away. This was the perfect spot! Enough room for my wife and I and our 2 kids. The location was great and the owner even left us a $20 gift card to Salt life Restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Location - excellent..close to beach and downtown. Cleanliness- other than the floors and baseboards, the place was clean. Owner- unfortunately he was nowhere to be found the six nights we were there, did not answer his phone (calls or texts) and his voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. I asked him to change the key code before my daughter and I arrived but he never followed through. I hope he is OK. Overall my daughter and I had a great time but I will not return.

The property manager team is super responsive. My questions were answered promptly (phone & email)
My husband and I were delighted by the 'Zen vibe' of this condo. It was not overly decorated. The furniture pieces were perfectly sized, so all rooms felt spacious. Loved the mini look-out deck. The kitchen was well-appointed (coffee pods/ crackers/sugar etc.) and IMMACULATE.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this condo in Fernandina Shores. The location was perfect - only 1 mile from our family and just two blocks from the beach. Enough space for all 4 of us to be together or to separate and relax. My only wish is that they have a bit more dishware/bowls for breakfast/dinners. Other than that, a wonderful place and certainly a place we will visit again! Highly recommend!

Great place
Our stay was great! Fernandina Shores is a fantastic location at the north end of the island with Fort Clinch literally at the back of this complex so we were fortunate to see deer on 2 of the 3 nights. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. I would definitely recommend this unit. Thanks for a great time. We’ll definitely be back.

Rented this beautiful condo on Fernandina Beach ! The condo was everything pictures shown newly remolded. The area was very quiet and a 3 minute walk to beach . We all enjoyed our stay, it’s in a great location restaurants within 5 minutes . They have a nice clean pool area and tennis court as well . We will book here again . The owners left a very sweet note and a gift card for our stay . I give this place 5 star on everything. June 2022
