Good service but very cold rooms
The Service was good, it was very clean. Good breakfast food. However it was very cold in the rooms because it was very cold weather . Upgrading of the Temperature control sys tem is required.

I had a major issue here my ac didnt work and the property was booked so they coukdnt change my room. So i woke up extremely sick from sleeping in the heat snd im still sick

My husband and I loved the stay. We will definitely use again. Great customer service and they helped us quickly and with care after we had a hiccup at our previous hotel that we had to cancel due to the lack of customer service.

They didn’t allow me an early check in when I was stuck in town. Ended up paying for a room that I never used and no one will issue me a refund. If I could give 0 stars for Expedia, and the hotel I would.

Nice stay in Jacksonville FL
Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection with eggs, bacon and sausage . Only complaint we had was the elevator going up was a little scary as it jumped up and down before stopping. I asked about it on check out and was told ot had been looked at by a elevator company and was told it was fine
