New hotel. The check in was easy and the desk clerk was BEYOND helpful. So cheerful and appeared to really enjoy her job and interacting with the public. She gave me clear instructions on where to park, allowed over night parking for my short trip and arranged for an airport shuttle. The room was small but met my needs sufficiently. The bed was super comfortable, no complaints Fully satisfied .

When we arrived at the airport, we got our bags and called of a shuttle. it was after midnight and there were 3 of us going to Tru. Every other hotel shuttle came but ours for an hour. We called another time after waiting 30 minutes. One of the other shuttle drivers took pity on us and gave us a ride to our hotel. The person at the front desk was very apologetic about the whole thing.
