Casa Campana - Deluxe Golf View Yksityinen huvila!

Pidä Costa Rican seikkailu uhraamatta ylellisyyttä Casa Campanassa. Tämä viehättävä loma-asunto on osa ylellistä 1100 hehtaarin Los Suenos -lomakeskusta, vain muutaman minuutin päässä golfista, rannalta ja monista aktiviteeteista. Sen kauniisti sisustetut asuintilat, sekä sisällä että ulkona, ja neljä makuuhuonetta tekevät siitä ihanteellisen jopa kahdeksan ryhmälle, olipa sitten kyse trooppisesta lomasta ystävien kanssa tai lämpimästä lomasta perheen kanssa.

Casa Campanan vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään jaettua uima-allasta ja lasten uima-allasta, lentopallokenttää, jalkapallokenttää ja paljon muuta Los Suenossa. Huvilassa on myös omat yksityiset alueet viihdyttämiseen ja rentoutumiseen al-frescon oleskelu- ja ruokailutiloista varjoisalla verannalla uima-altaan reunustamiseen rehevään maisemaan. Päivän aktiviteettien jälkeen voit rentoutua drinkin äärellä minibaarissa ja jakaa valokuvia seikkailuistasi Wi-Fi: n kautta.

Huvilan Mission-tyyliset sisätilat tuovat ripauksen vanhan maailman romantiikkaa Keski-Amerikan metsään, laattalattiat, kattopalkit, kaarevat oviaukot ja takoraudan korostukset. Avoimen konseptin oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat ovat avoinna verannalle, samoin kuin täysin varustettu keittiö aamiaisbaarilla. Sisäpihalla vesieste palaa pehmeästi, antaen koko talolle rauhallisen ilmapiirin.

Casa Campanan päärakennuksessa on viisi makuuhuonetta ja yksi vierasviitteessä; Kaikissa kuudessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Päärakennuksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa parisängyt, sekä perhehuone, jossa queen-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta parvella. Vierasviitti, parivuode, keittokomero ja terassi, on kuherruskuukauden arvoinen pakopaikka kiinteistössä.

Casa Campana on minuutin ajomatkan päässä sekä La Iguanan golfkentältä että Playa Herraduran Los Suenos Beach Clubilta. Tee 7–8 minuutin ajomatka Jacon kaupunkiin ja kokeile paikallisia ravintoloita ja baareja tai 15 minuutin ajomatka Playa Hermosaan auringonottoon tai surffatustuntiin yhden maan parhaista tauoista.

Wedding after party
Property was better than expected. I have stayed in Los Suenos and other Costa Rican rentals in the past and this one was the best. I rented the home for me and my friends to finish off the week after my son's wedding. Surprisingly he and his new wife and some of their wedding party joined us as well. The home easily accommodated all 17 of us, and provided enough space for private time if anyone wanted it.

Great house for large family
This is the second year our family of 18 has celebrated vacation together. This location was perfect for our big family and not far (relative to other locations) from SJO. It was walking distance to the beach and had access to a private beach club. There is also a nearby golf course that some in our party took advantage of. It had big bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a huge shared living room. The kitchen was well-appointed with all-clad, Le Creuset, etc. there was daily maid service and a Gardner included.I didn’t give it 5 stars as I had higher expectations for the service for the incredibly expensive week we paid for. Other homes (both in CR and other places) that are this large come with a chef so we found our own which was another 5k. Homes in the area came with golf carts…we had to rent one for 67/day. But the biggest disappointment was the property manager (or lack therof). He offered to help us with the excursions and then went on vacation for a month (didn’t let us know so just figured he was ghosting us)…we set up our own airport transfer and I finally just went straight to the owner who was incredibly responsive but I doubt was local. When I asked Property manager about meeting us at the house so he could show us the ins and outs of such a large house, he sent me a picture of the lock box and a code. No big deal for a small rental but this house really did need a user manual and there were things we never figured out. The house itself I would give 5 stars

Birthday getaway
We had an amazing time! Casa Campaña was absolutely stunning!!! We have visited CR on multiple occasions and have stayed in Los Sueños many times however this house is legitimately a vacation within a vacation. Our host Michael is very professional, incredibly easy to work with, and his staff were a delight! We had some minor issues and Michael worked immediately to rectify these. On 2 nights, we had a chef cook us dinner at the house. That was one of the best things we decided to do for dinner as we were a big group, 15 ppl. The layout of the house was phenomenal. Even though our party was large, and also had local friends visit making our party 22 on the chef nights, we never felt like we were crowded and on top of each other. Perfection!!’ Thank you so much Michael for a fabulous birthday vacation!

Wonderful, Spacious, Beautiful Home!
We had an excellent week stay at Casa Campana! We had 17 in our group and the house had ample space for everyone! We even had a bedroom we did not use! All of the linens, towels, decor were gorgeous and very well maintained. The daily staff made sure that we were comfortable and could relax once we got back every day and not worry about small clean-up activities! Jose the Property Manager was top notch! He was available immediately by text if I had any questions throughout our stay and even helped arrange for dinner reservations and transportation! We will stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving Trip
We had a large family of 18. The house was incredible. Plenty of room and privicy for everyone. Large kitchen, two pools, daily cleaning service and pool service. It was in a great neighborhood and was very safe.

Beautiful home - perfect for large groups
Property is well maintained and designed for super large groups. We loved that they had 2 sets of washer/dryers and daytime assistance from the house maintenance staff - which we weren’t expecting. This made a huge difference for us. We spotted iguanas sunbathing during the day and a kinkajou in the evening (a rare nocturnal animal!) Location was incredible, it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a super cute ocean cove with warm waters you could swim in. All the A/C units worked great and each room was unique. The only minor issue we had was the room with the king and two twin bunker - had an extremely loud, squeaky bed. It was comical but made it hard for our guests to sleep because any movement was very disturbing. Overall, this was a luxurious stay and the staff were fantastic.

Beautiful home in prime location
Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and accommodating; outdoor space was tranquil and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool while enjoying nature. Loved the neighborhood...could walk or ride golf cart anywhere we wanted to go. Will be back!

The pictures do not capture the beauty. Is accommodated a group if us down for a weekend perfectly. The extensive outdoor parts of the property feel liberating and secluded, but safe at the same time. I highly recommend to anyone, especially people/groups who are looking to mix luxury with activity.
