Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was set up well and relatively new. Questions were responded to fast. Our problem with the place is the noise. Walls are thin. We were put next to a family with multiple very noisy children. They made noise until midnight and started again at 5 AM. Then there was the staff that started early in the morning talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors

Good value for money
The room is just okay. Nothing so special that would make you say "Wow". I know design renovations would cost too much so here's some unsolicited advice to get better ratings. The room ambiance was really plain, I suggest to add accent throw pillows on the bed to add some life in the whole room. Choose colors that are not too striking but at the same time eye catchy and blends with the color theme. Enhance the smell of the room by adding air humidifiers, there's few suppliers out there that would give a really good deal to hotel chains. The trick is to give a positive vibe in the room to change your client's mood. Anyway, I appreciate the welcome greetings on the bed that made me & my boyfriend smile after our long, tiring flight so I gave this a 4/5 rating. It's those little things. :) The service was fantastic. Although I had to make a late night call when I noticed that there's only one set of toothbrush in the toilet but it happens. Maybe the staff didn't know that there's two of us staying. The service crew from the dining area were really cool. Really love their welcoming attitude. Keep smiling, it makes us happy. Food is good enough for what we paid. We didn't really expect too much from it so we're quite happy. Overall, we are happy and satisfied.

Good stay
It was a good stay, comfortable room but amenities are limited. No coffee maker and tea, no hand soap. But nevertheless it was nice 👍

Second visit with this hotel. Still loving the place, still regretting that the water problem hasn't been solved (apparently they're having problem with water filter). Tried the food this time, suggesting to add more food variety.

overalls is wonderful. only the breakfast isn't Good, the waitress clean the table by throwing all the dirty food on the floor instead of using cloth and plate for dirty food. other than that is a nice New place.

I really really want to love the hotel, but they keep on missing the important marks. Let's start from the hotel exterior and interior, completely in love with the contemporary style.Hotel check in went smooth. Room didn't kettle and glasses, so okay.. I asked hotel staff for hot water, 2 glasses, and a spoon. I had to call room service three times, and exactly an hour later, staff came with two teacups of hot water. Later he came again with two glasses that smelled like onion. The second time I asked for hot water went smooth, it didn't take an hour for them to send it. Another thing, the bathroom water is really salty, it feels weird after you shower. The hotel even nowhere near sea or ocean. So, I'm not sure what going on there.Other than the two events, everything else is enjoyable and if they have solve the water problem, I look forward to stay at Maple Hotel again.
