Very clean and staff was friendly. We ate at the bar and it was very cold in the area because it was close to the vestibule and it was freezing outside. Maybe automatic doors aren’t the best since they let a lot of the heat out.

Got to jfk at 2am so this was much easier to get to before heading into city next day. Nothing really nearby but nice enough bed served our purpose.

Each employee was friendly -Disappointed in room.
We arrived at 2am front desk clerk was friendly and caring Everything was fine except for -the annoying smoke alarm which blinked throughout the night - probably a low battery - no extra blankets available - ridiculous - heater was over the top noisy
