Tämän loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja puutarha. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 7 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja terassi. Asiakkaiden käytössä on yksityinen uima-allas sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni.

Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneessa on patio. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue.

Merveilleux

Super maison pour grande famille pleins d'espace maison super propre et vaisselle parfait pour le nombre de personne . Vicenta est au petit soin pour vous le moindre soucis elle est présente . Maison vraiment très spacieuse rien a dire tout était parfait juste que nous avons passer 2 semaine et que c'est pas assez . Le plus vous avez tout a coter boutique plage centre ville resto a 20 minute a pieds le paradis si vous voulez pas vous servir de votre voiture il y un un mercadona pour faire les course a 5 minute en voiture . Plus de 10 ans que nous partons en Espagne et cette maison est la meilleure a tout point de vue bien placer tranquillité super piscine et tellement propre partout c 'est agréable. Merci a Vicenta pour c 'est super vacance et cette magnifique maison qui est tellement bien entretenu . Mélanie

Una casa espectacular apara alojar a la familia, tiene habitaciones cada una con baño, y una cocina y comedor espaciosos, así como zonas de exterior con piscina, barbacoa, zonas para estar, ... Y la atención de la propietaria también merece un 10. Vicenta, un abrazo.

The road in was narrow but passable. Check in was straight forward and host met us at the property and accommodated our early arrival from the airport. All the amenities were within walking distance so a car was not essential and the area was very quiet. The house was excellent and perfect for our needs with plenty of space and outside areas where we could all eat. The host was very helpful and responded promptly although we didn't have any major problems. The pool was ideal and gated so no problem for the young children. All in all we had a fantastic time. 13 of us extended family stayed here in July 2023, ages from 11 to 50. All 7 bedrooms have a bathroom, the kitchen is fully kitted out, the pool is amazing with lots of loungers, cushions, pool towels, kitchen, shower area and bbq. 10 minutes walk to the old town, 20 minutes walk to port and beach and then 20 minutes or so to the marina and Sandy beach. Lots of beautiful areas of the town to explore. Our host, Vicenta was lovely, and met us on the first day to explain everything. The villa is big with large grounds and secure with gates. Would recommend to book again.

Bon plan !

Bon plan pour les vacances en famille, Nous étions 14 en tout, et avons trouvé un espace généreux aussi bien côté jardin que habitation. Une grande piscine avec Pool house très bien équipé côté barbecue notamment. Une belle ombrière pour garer jusqu'à 3 voitures à l'ombre Un bel espace de jeu pour les enfants (et les plus grands), entre piscine et habitation, où les trottinettes électriques et vélos s'en donnent à cœur joie ! Une vaste habitation type espagnole classique, offrant une belle terrasse couverte très confortable avec les différents salons pour l'heure de l'apéro ! Merci à Vicenta pour son accueil chaleureux, proche des enfants qui ont adoré la petite cabane sous l'olivier !

Great property

Property just as described, clean with plenty of amenities. A/C and fans in all the bedrooms was great. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were amazing many hours were spent there. The outdoor living space with large dining table was perfect for out group. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect you could walk into the small town very easily and the beach with all the restaurants was just 10 mins drive. Overall excellent stay.

Great property

Our stay at Villa Soberana was very enjoyable and highly reccommended. Our 9 days visit gave the family of 14 (4 kids; 2,6,10,14 yrs.) good time to enjoy the pool area to a great extent. The pool house with grill, oven and fridge are a fantastic place to hang out. The house itself was very clean and offered very variable seating areas and arrangements and had all the required equipment for serving this big family. Only 10 to 15 minuets walk to a lot of restaurants, and about 20 minuets walk to the beach. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful in finding our ways around Javea and was so helpful with any matter that we need assistance for. All in all, highly recommended and we would love to come and stay again.

La casa está mucho mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Muy cuidada, todas las habitaciones con baños modernos. Magníficas zonas comunes, la piscina, parking cubierto. Muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario de vajilla y útiles de cocina. Vicenta muy atenta. En fin recomendable 100%

Besitzer super nett immer wieder zu empfehlen

Super tolles Haus sehr sauber. Badezimmer ebenerdig einfach mega. Ausreichend Eingerichtet für mindestens 16.Personen. Sind total begeistert würden wir immer wieder gerne nehmen.Besitzer sind sehr sehr nett. Hatten einen tollen Urlaub .

Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. There were 11 of us with ages ranging from 1 to 68 and everyone had a wonderful time. Vicenta was great at communicating with us in advance and during our stay. We needed 2 cots and highchairs and she was able to provide them for us which was a great help when travelling with small children. The bedrooms were all spacious and had plenty of storage space and all the en-suites looked like they had been refitted recently. Most of the bedrooms have a/c, it is just the bunkbed room downstairs and one of the rooms upstairs that don't, but there are plenty of fans for use around the villa. The kitchen was really well equipped and there are plenty of different seating areas. The pool was lovely and kept nice and clean through the week, and the outside kitchen was fantastic with a good size fridge/freezer, bbq and eating area. The pool area is also gated off from the main villa and outdoor area which was great for children as they were able to run around without being able to access the pool. The location is also great, just a short walk to the old town of Javea or a 30 minute to the port. We had a fantastic week and would love to holiday here again. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect family villa

We stayed here for a family get together. 14 of us aging from 3 to in the 70's. The villa was great, as the pool was a perfect temperature, and had a loo and fridge right next to it. All rooms were spacious and lots of places to sit whether you wanted shade or sun. From the villa its about 10mins walk to the old town, and about 20mins walk into the port wheres theres a pebble beach. We caught the land train one day from the old town to the sandy beach but most days just happy to chill and play in the pool. Vincenta was really helpful with resturant choices and things to do in the local area. We had such a lovely famy holiday and would definitly revcommend this villa.

Séjour inoubliable dans une villa de rêve !

Propriétaire adorable, nous avons été très bien reçu, avec petit cadeau à l’arrivée. Pendant le séjour, elle nous a demandé des nouvelles… La villa est superbe, nous avons manqué de rien, propreté irréprochable ! Nous sommes tous très heureux de notre séjour ! Encore merci !

Family Holiday for 13

Fantastic property with stunning views. There were 13of us from 1yr to 83yr old. The villa exceeded our expectations & the owner is extremely attentive & friendly, she made our holiday so much easier. The aircon in the downstairs bedrooms was much needed for our youngest & eldest members. The upstairs rooms do have wall fans & there were additional fans which we did need to use. Villa is extremely spacious & the en-suite bathrooms are fabulous. Outside bbq area & fridge were well used during the day meaning you didn’t have to go into the house for refreshments. Plenty fridge & freezer space accommodates for large numbers. The pool was clean & spacious, was well used by the kids and adults! Was cleaned during the stay too. The walk from the villa into the town is uphill & we would have struggled with my grandma (83) but Rosa kindly loaned us a wheelchair she had, this changed our holiday meaning we could get grandma out & about & we’re able to sample some of the local restaurants. My only comment would be air con in the upstairs rooms would be welcomed but would not stop me returning. 10/10 we will definitely return, hard to please 13 guests but everyone loved it.

Espectacular casa y finca en entorno incomparable

Se trata de una casa espectacular, con una finca enorme, ubicada en un maravilloso entorno en Jávea. Es ideal para ir con familia o con amigos. Todo está super limpio y cuidado. Y en nuestro caso mención especial para la piscina y zona de barbacoa, hemos "vivido" ahí. ¡Sin duda volveremos todos los años!

Una estancia de diez!!!

Pasamos 5 dias inolvidables en casa Soberana. Fuimos familia con niños, total 13 personas. Nada mas llegar nos encantó el exterior. La parte de la barbacoa y piscina es maravillosa, ahi es donde hemos pasado horas, hay mucho espacio para un grupo grande a la hora de organizar comidas y cenas. Hay mucho terreno para explocar, sobre todo para los peques y todo super seguro. Sobre el interior; hay sitio para todos, los baños estan todos nuevos, las camas comodas, el espacio de almacenamiento bien, mosquiteras en las habitaciones etc.. y lo que es el resto de instalaciones super practico. Destacar la limpieza y el orden. Utensilios de cocina, hay de todo, esta todo pensado. Muy agradecidos a Vicenta por su amabilidad y hospitalidad. Volveremos segurisimo!!

Prachtige woning

Heel fijn huis. Allemaal netjes verzorgd en schoon. Badkamers zijn allemaal mooi en aan slaapkamers vast wat heel fijn is. Heerlijk zwembad met veel ligbedden. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten. Ruime keuken met veel borden, glazen etc. Met 5-10 min met de taxi ben je aan het strand en boulevard met veel restaurants. Aanrader!

Wat een fantastische mooie maar vooral ook schone woning!! Wij hebben genoten. Alles was voldoende aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht en dicht bij de haven. Loopafstand. Zelfs met jonge kinderen. Zwembad was groot genoeg voor ons allemaal. Wij zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan! Een Dikkie tien!

La casa impresionante, la zona muy tranquila en un entorno inigualable, la limpieza perfecta y la dueña muy amable y muy detallista, parecía que estábamos en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Íbamos con un niño de 3 años y se preocupó de cuidar todos los detalles, hasta un peluche para mi hijo, una chuche sin gluten, y a los adultos nos dejó como bienvenida unas tortas y vino. Ha superado nuestras expectativas, que ya eran altas. Repetiremos.

Muy buena estancia

La casa estaba fenomenalmente cuidada. El primer día nos fallaron un par de cosas y nos las arreglaron al día siguiente sin ningún problema. Estuvimos muy a gusto y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la bbq. Sin duda, muy recomendable.
