Only 2 floors so easy to navigate to room but properly needs attention, not maintained to the price that charge for a standard room .overpriced, i have been in betrer hotels cheaper than this hotel ,looks more like a motel super expensive

Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Keys malfunctioned on an almost daily basis causing a lot of inconvenience. We saw 2 roaches in our room during our 2 week stay. Linens were a bit shabby; our duvet was ripped. We did not always get complete sets of towels.

2nd floor Room was clean and comfy. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with helpful tips to getting around and things to see. Location was great especially getting to train station

It was...OK.
The stay was, OK. Right by the water and very close to the Secaucus Junction so it was easy to keep using Uber/Lyft to back and forth to get to NYC. The room was alright, nothing special. Bathroom is small, but I liked that the sink/counter was separate from the actual bathroom. We had to keep getting our key card re-magnetized (and yes I kept it away from phones), and we had to keep asking housekeeping for stuff like more towels, cloths, tissue paper... And they weren't always friendly when we had to ask for anything. It was also hard to find someone sometimes. The room phone did NOT work. There was one guy that was friendly from housekeeping, shout-out to Robert!!

If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head and that's all, this place makes sense. I wasn't looking for frills in the slightest so it served it's purpose but even a couple things were even under that for me. I've been in old properties but this one was pretty old and was very low quality in general. But the staff was very nice, the housekeepers (which is every 3 days on request) were sweet and definitely cleaned. Not an ounce of frills but basically practical. No fridges in the rooms, fyi.
