Very clean, staff were friendly! Love that they have an outdoor seating with the fire pit. I was able to sit out there and have a couple drinks with my husband. It was very nice! I would come back. Rooms are super spacious as well. Very close to American Dream Mall.

In one of our room the shower piece fell on my granddaughter. In my room they had to come up and plunge the bowl. The people were very friendly but it took a good 20 minutes to get someone up to my room. Then some worker just walked in my room to change the sheets but we were there and no one asked them to

There were some things not stocked at the breakfast that my children would have preferred (chocolate milk, apple juice didn’t work for the 2 days we stayed there). Pool hours end a bit too early to enjoy it after our daytime activities. Our children aged 3 and ) cried because the pool closed right when we got back from supper

The customer service was good. Our room was clean. Also, it was very close to the American Dream mall. I didn’t notice any food places near the hotel though, so I would keep that mind.

The front desk and first floor look to be the properties priority. It was not kept trash in the elevators and hallways. That trailed into our room the floors did not feel or looked to be swept. Linens did not look the cleanest. Breakfast included was not bad, expected to get a variety of options for hot breakfast and they repeated for three days eggs and sausage or bacon pork. Overall not the best or worst experience. Future will be not including this Hotel in future options to stay. Hidden fees not discussed through expedia as well.
