TERVETULOA RAKENNELLE PITKÄN

Erinomaisella paikalla, vain yhden oven päässä luonnollisesta venerampista Collingwood Beachillä. Lähellä kahviloita, ravintoloita, rantoja ja pyöräteitä.

Ylpeää yksityinen maanalainen uima-allas, runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, turvallinen takapiha ja se sijaitsee upeiden Orionin ja Collingwoodin rantojen välissä Vincentiassa.

Tämä tiili-asuinpaikka tarjoaa viisi suurta makuuhuonetta, joista pääosassa on oma kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone lisämukavuutta. Keittiössä, aulassa ja ruokailutiloissa asuva avoin suunnitelma antaa sinulle paljon tilaa miehistölle ja oleskelutilat täydentävät näkymiä rannalle ympäri vuoden!

Kiinteistöllä on myös takana oleva viihdyttävä alue, jossa on miellyttävä ulkoasu, josta on lisäbonus näköalalla Jervis-lahdelle. Kun olet valmis rannalla, voit nauttia uima-altaasta ja BBQ-alueesta. Long weekend get away
Over all we had a great stay. We were a group of 11 a dog and there was plenty of space for us all. Close to the water for swimming and fishing which was great. The few cons / constructive criticism that I could find amongst the mostly good points are as follows: BBQ didn't work properly. It wasn't a gas bottle issue, but the flames were so small it just wouldn't heat up enough to cook on. After about 20 mins of pre heating it still wasn't hot enough to even cook onions on. Once we managed to cook our snags and steaks in the fry pans inside, there wasn't enough forks for us to eat with as there was only 7 forks for 11 people. Easily fixable but was quite annoying at the time. Lastly the pool was pristine when we arrived, and the kids loved it, but it was super cloudy to the point we couldn't see the bottom when we left 3 days later. Perhaps the chlorinator isn't working properly? Overall it was a great place to stay, just needs those few things looked at to make it even better.

Great beach-front location with short drive to shops
We had a lot of fun! Unfortunately we were pretty much housebound for the weekend due to the horrible weather, but it was the perfect house to be stuck in! Nice, modern, spacious house with beautiful pool and bbq area, and spacious living room with huge couch area, perfect for a family to lounge around in. Close drive to shops. We absolutely LOVED the coffee machine, which they provided PODS for. We were actually very grateful for that. Would definitely go again (hopefully with better weather)

Needs general maintenance bricks broken at front,cobwebs on front window pool wasn’t clean as pool cleaner wasn’t working screen door off tracks in studio (although we didn’t require it’s use )tiles loose and broken around pool ,veranda area hadn’t been swept. My point is none of this would be expensive to fix so general lack of maintenance

Fantastic family holiday.
We had a fantastic long weekend with the whole family - ranging from 6-80. The pool was used by young and old, despite the low temperature of the water. There was plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciated the number of chairs and the large indoor and outdoor tables. The BBQ is excellent and was used on two of the nights, while the short distance to the Vincentia shops was a boon on the night we wanted to buy chips! The house is even closer to the beach than it looks, allowing for beach walks, swims and rock fishing, so everyone was catered for. The grandchildren have already put in a request to stay here again. I think it will be granted.

Good location, however there were issues with cleanliness. The fans in the bedrooms were coated with dust and the exhaust fan in the kitchen was disgusting. The BBQ didn't work properly and no towels provided - despite being told only to bring beach towels. The pool was dirty, little toilet paper and not well stocked. The condiment bottles were empty. Have stayed in much nicer places in Vincentia that are cheaper

Property provided a great venue for friends to catch up for a lazy weekend. Shops and beach are very close. House is well appointed with plates / cutlery catering for many guests and pod coffee machine. We’ll be returning.

Beautiful Location, the rest ?
First of all property was in a beautiful location, just up the road from the beach. Plenty of room in house , very comfortable beds, lots of pluses. Now for the minuses, bins were full when arrived, agents were great, rectified issue pretty quickly. General cleanliness of house was ok, until you opened cupboards & drawers in kitchen. We had to rewash all kitchen crockery, cutlery, cups, saucepans, frypans anything we used in the kitchen, (probably left that way by previous tenants), so not blaming owners or cleaners of house. However these things should probably be checked from time to time for cleanliness. Also not very happy with cleanliness of showers. The shower floors in both bathrooms look like they needed a good scrub with bleach. I don’t normally winge about these types of things, but after paying so much for the holiday rental of this home & expensive fees, I would have expected a bit better. I would stay there again as was a great location.

Location was excellent and accomodated our family of 12 although the bedroom near the laundry was very small with nowhere for clothes. The laundry floor has quite a dangerous bow in the floor. It rained the first night and the rain came through the light fitting in the laundry. Very hazardous and needs to be attended too. Light not working in the kitchen and cupboards need a very good clean. Overall we had a lovely stay
