Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,200 fee for odor removal and deep cleaning, in addition to the forfeiture of any security deposit. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials responsibly. Should our cleaning staff have to remove any smoking debris, a $200 fee will be charged. By booking this property, guests agree to pay these fees if applicable and understand that they will not be contested.

★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★

General Cleaning: We provide a standard cleaning service included in your reservation to cover laundry, stocking of household items, and light cleaning of the home. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay.

Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. Suppose the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out. In that case, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition.

Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place.

Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.

- Local residency if booking for less than 14 days without a valid reason.
- Background check revealing incidents involving theft, drug distribution, destruction of property, or any issues concerning children.
