Superb location for easy access to the mall for shopping and dining options. Room very spacious and strong aircon which is good. Hotel appears worn in the rooms already, so could do with upkeep eg bit of mould in shower, chipped edges of bed etc. Breakfast buffet so so only.

A lot of hotel and amenities in JB are not so well kept, but we have been very happy with St Giles. This is the top reason why we stayed there and of course the location is extremely convenient.

Super convenient location. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. However, cleanliness and condition of the room can be further improved. Towels have a musty odor and there was a ponding issue in the shower area. We gave feedback to front desk to help repair but our request was forgotten. Staff cleared our used towels and floor mat but forgot to give us replacements as well.

Stayed during the Christmas period so quite pricey , dont think its worth the price despite it being above Southkey mall. Thats the only convenience. Despite the hotel being fairly new. There are signs of wear or tear already and cleanliness not as good as when i last stayed there. Off peak price can consider staying but not peak pricing.
