Tämä upea hiljattain päivitetty Harbor Breeze -huvila, joka sijaitsee Jolly Harbourin pohjoispuolella, Antiguassa, aidatulla alueella, jossa on 24h-vartiointi.

Tämä yksityisomistuksessa oleva huvila on upea 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2. 5 kylpyhuone, jossa ilmastointilaitteet, kaukosäätimet, kattotuulettimet jokaisessa huoneessa, langaton internet ja iso kansi, josta on näkymä satamaan, jossa on veneet ja lepotuoleja. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla laitteilla; i. e. mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin ja astiat. Keittiön tiskissa on baarituolit, jotka avautuvat olohuoneeseen ja joissa on taulutelevisio.

Olohuoneessa on liukuovet, jotka johtavat ulos patioon / terassille. Koko ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on seinästä seinään laatat. Patio / kansi on ulkona pöytä ja tuolit suuri syömiseen ja viihdyttävä. Nauti aamuisi syömällä aamiaista näkymät satamaan ja illallista auringonlaskun aikaan iltaisin.

Toisessa kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuoneen sviittejä. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, suihku, liukuovi, joka johtaa yksityiseen terassiin, josta on näkymät satamaan. Toinen makuuhuone on tilava ja siinä on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan muuntaa parivuodeksi pyynnöstä ja joissa on oma kylpyamme.

Siivouspalvelu on myös saatavana 75 dollaria viikossa / kerran viikossa. Lisäpalvelut ovat saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Huvila on noin 1. 2 km: n päässä Castawaysin rannasta ja baarista.
Noin 1 mailin päässä supermarketista.
Noin 7 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle pohjoispuolella.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Hermitage Bay. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Incredible, clean, comfortable, easy.
It was our first time in Antigua, getting in was easy, getting around was made easy with access to a cart, response time was so fast when we had questions. The Villa is updated and so nice! Everything you need for a getaway….. lots of games, reading material, Bluetooth speaker, oven, grill, microwave, toaster…. Litterally all the conveniences of home. The view from the bedroom was magic to wake up to. Would stay here and recommend to everyone! Thanks Gavin!!!

Excellent place. Right on Jolly Harbor canal. Our son and family are living on a sailboat and could bring their dinghy to the dock at the property. Enjoyed the area. Lots of dining options in the area. Many different beaches.

Listing was exactly as listed. Had a few issues getting the key to the laundry room, door code was differently than listed, property manager was different than listed. But overall, it was a great stay. Jolly Harbour has a lot of construction occurring right now so wasn’t as peaceful an area as expected but overall great for the price!

Paradise!!
Harbour Breeze was a wonderful place to stay. I was there with my sister, niece and 2 year old great nephew. This place is so well set up, it had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Great kitchen made self catering easy, outside area overlooking harbour was wonderful to sit out and eat, especially with fairy lights. Having transport around the resort is essential especially with a toddler as accommodation is some distance from the stunning Jolly Beach. Gavin and Ajani were so helpful sorting this out for us. It made a huge difference. Cachema also very responsive to any questions. We were very well looked after. We highly recommend this as a place to stay in Antigua. A couple of very small things - the back gate onto the pontoon could be more childproof, some bedside lamps in the second bedroom would be good and we bought a corkscrew which we left for future guests.

The villa was spacious and very comfortable with all modern amenities. The view is wonderful and the location is secure. The property management team is wonderful and very accommodating. Loved it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It is the second time we had the pleasure to stay here. We enjoyed every minute. Great location and lovely deck with a view. The upgrades are well noticed and appreciated. Everything you will need you will find in this well kept villa. Communication with the owner is flawless and always a pleasure. We are already missing being there and are looking forward to next year when we will come back

Nice find in Jolly Harbour!
We stayed in Gavin's villa for a few days prior to a sail out of Jolly Harbour. Gavin made everything about the stay easy for us; great communication and quick answers to any questions we had. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport who was there waiting for us and took us to the grocery store, then got us to the villa quickly and efficiently. The driver (Adjahni) was very helpful and also delivered a golf cart that we could use to get around the harbour area. The villa was clean and well stocked; had everything we needed for self catering. We had some issues with the wifi/internet access, but apparently that is a common issue with the internet provider within this neighborhood so can't fault the owner for that. Gavin did say that they were hoping to get fiber connectivity sometime in the future, so hopefully that will be in place the next time we stay there. In all, enjoyable stay made easy by Gavin and his property manager; definitely recommend and we will plan to stay here next time we're sailing in Antigua. Thanks Gavin and Tina!

Stunning villa perfect with the 2 beds 2 bathrooms... couldn't ask for anything more (well maybe a toaster), everything you need is provided, towels, linen, hairdryer, a welcome pack, water, kitchen towels and loo rolls. stunning location, close to all amenities. I can't fault the accommodation or the location. Will defiantly be revisiting and hopefully stay in Jolly Harbour in the same villa.

Great stay!
We are satisfied with the accomodation, everything that is represented on VRBO site complies with what is included! The location is great and not far from the grocery Epicurian at the main entrance and the beach. Gavin and Tina the owners were always available for our questions prior to our departure. We did not have to worry to find a golf kart rental they rented us one ready to use parked at the villa. The facility is fully equiped, the bed was confortable and all was well. We were welcome at the airport by Ajahni the driver who is very nice and always available to drive us around on the island. Cachema the manager is great too, the safe was out of power and when contacted we facetime eachother and she helped us with the setup. Great time spent at the Harbour Breeze villa and we would return anytime! Thank you Gavin and Tina

Around Jolly Harbour
Harbour Breeze is within easy walking distance of the very quiet North Beach. The entire community felt secure and very clean. We did hire a car to explore other beaches in the island and we were glad of it as the on-site supermarket was a brisk 15 minute walk. If you don’t hire a car would recommend hiring a golf buggy which Gavin offers. The restaurants around the harbour give you plenty of choices and we particularly liked Al Porto (this restaurant is actually closest to the villa) and a visit to Petals cafe is an absolute must. The villa is well equipped for eating in and there is a great fridge with ice maker which was a bonus. There were plenty of towels provided. Bikes, one ladies and one gents were handy to get to the South (Jolly) beach as was a bit too far to walk. It was a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday on a beautiful island and Gavin is a great host

A most enjoyable stay
The villa has one of the better outlooks in Jolly Harbour, looking out over the open marina rather than at other villas, and it has been beautifully renovated. Gavin was very quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Overall highly recommended.

Perfect!!
We have just arrived home after spending three weeks at this lovely house, which is in a perfect position overlooking the waterway and the wonderful sunsets!! The house is in a very quiet, safe area and is a minute’s drive, or ten minutes walk to the supermarket and bars/restaurants. Gavin (the owner ) and Cachema ( the manager) are only a phone call away, and any queries we had were dealt with straight away! We have visited Antigua several times and decided that Jolly Harbour, and in particular, this house was our favourite. So much so, that we are rebooking for next year!!
