Important Things To Note:
- No garage access. There is plenty of free parking on the lot.
- No smoking inside, please
- No dishwasher or garbage disposal
- Washer and dryer is available for >5 night stay
(The laundry room, with its washer and dryer, is located behind the garage on the side of the house).
Guest access
The entire private property! The front gate is functional that closes to create a fully fenced area.
Other things to note
~GUESTS
You must be 25+ to book. You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and overnight guests.
~SMOKING
We have a strict no smoking policy inside the property. Outside smoking is permitted - please pick up any smoke buds and disposed them properly, an amount of $500 will be charged to you if there is any evidence of smoking inside the property.
~PETS
ONE dog is allowed but we charge an extra $75 cleaning fee, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew or sleep on the furniture. Please watch your pets as there are cactus plants on the property and they can get pricks on their paws. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED.
~CAMERA
There are camera on the property by the front porch and the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Removing or tampering with the device will result in rental termination without refund.
~QUIET HOURS
Please observe outside quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Violators will be given notice upon neighbor’s first complaint and is subject to rental termination without refund on the second complaint.
~WILDLIFE
This is the high desert, please understand there might be a few bugs here and there and wildlife can come across your trip such as coyotes, bears, snakes, raptors, rodents, arachnids, and scorpions.
~NOISE DEVICE
Home is equipped with a noise monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the device will result in rental termination without refund.
~HOT TUB
Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety. The hot tub is cleaned once a week. If your stay is during a hot tub cleaning day, the cleaning crew will be in and out in a jiffy through the side fence and will not bother your stay.
~FIRE PIT
Propane gas fire pit available to use. DO NOT build your own firepit. Wood burning fires are illegal in Joshua Tree for high winds and fire risk. DO NOT put wood on the firepit. DO NOT put lighter fluid on the firepit. If you run out of propane, please contact the host and we will try to get you a refill as soon as possible.
By renting this property, all guests agree to release THE HOSTS from all liabilities, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay including the use of hot tub/spa.
