House of Inspiration with pool above LAKE Sabljaci Ogulin

Holiday home is located above Lake Sabljaci and has a terrace overlooking the lake and the mountain Klek, created for calm and sunny mornings.
We invite you to look for inspiration for a carefree stay in our newly renovated house.
We are located 70 km from our most beautiful national park Plitvice Lakes, 87 km from the capital Zagreb and 70 km from the Adriatic Sea.
In the house you will be greeted by a book with 101 ideas and inspiration for exploring the surroundings. Embark on an exploration adventure or just sit back and enjoy the greenery and the view.
Next to the house is a private wooden pool 525 cm wide and 135 cm deep, with deck chairs and sun deck. Above the house is a children's playground with swings and a slide, as well as football goals and a net for badminton and volleyball. Sports equipment found in the house is free to use.
In the house you can also find children's books and games for fun.
This house includes air conditioning, direct access to the balcony and three separate bedrooms.
The house also includes a paved part of the yard with barbecue and garden, a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and other necessities), a large living room with SMART TV and two bathrooms with bathtub.
The house also has a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to bed linen, guests have access to a sufficient number of towels for a carefree holiday.
Activities such as bicycle rental, fishing, swimming, volleyball court, tennis court, hiking, boat and SUP rental, farm visits, tasting of local gastronomic products are available nearby. A grocery store, a café and a restaurant are a short drive from the house.
The lake is 800 meters away from the house, and in the summer months on the shore of the lake there is a bar with drinks and food.
Inside the book there is information on what to see and visit in the near and far surroundings. The book informs you which nature parks to visit, which National Parks are nearby, what to try and the gastronomic offer of the restaurant. From the book itself, learn myths and legends related to Witches and Mount Klek.
For those eager for action in the book there is information that mountains to visit, paintball fans will find information for themselves, and if you want to refresh and have fun we recommend kayaking and rafting on nearby rivers. The book contains information about the offers of local agricultural producers, which you can order with delivery to the home address.
The house is in an ideal place for exploring the surroundings and Croatia, since we are only 45 minutes drive from the capital Zagreb, and you will also need to get to the most beautiful national park Plitvice Lakes.
