The living room contains a window/portable a/c . Walk right out to the ocean front pool, BBQ's and sea wall and enjoy the cool West Maui trade winds. Watch whales in the winter time and sunsets that will blow your mind. Located on the far North corner of the center building. Walk into Kahana for shopping and dining or 5 minutes in either direction to white sandy beaches.

Good Kahana Reef Property
Whereas most units in this building do not have AC, this one had a portable unit and it made all the difference. Larger than most condo units locally as there is a separate bedroom. Super comfortable bed, nice towels, plenty of cookware. Room to visit with others! Great view. There is not direct beach access on property.

I stayed for a week in August 2022. The pictures posted when I booked are a bit outdated, you can tell the owner is slowly upgrading and it’s so much nicer. Comfy bed, smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, newer microwave and refrigerator, some lighting was updated, and portable AC in living room was a nice benefit when it got too humid. Bedroom had several fans to help cool it down, I left the windows open only at night. Bathroom could use a bit of brightening refresh but is shower is roomy and overall set up was great. Positioning on property was great, my friends stayed at another condo on property and I had a lot more space in the bathroom and bedroom and I did not have the parking lot rooster waking me up each morning like they did. Nice quiet corner unit in the middle of property between beach/water access stairs and small but wonderful pool. Laundry room close by that only accepts digital payment through app. Property was well maintained and neighborhood was pretty quiet. Only a few minute drive down the road to shops and restaurants. Watched beautiful sunsets from the rock wall and watched the turtles feed there several times. I enjoyed my stay!
