Voit nauttia rentoutumisesta tässä tilavassa kaupunkiasunnassa, joka sijaitsee Fazion golfkentän ensimmäisellä väylällä Turtle Bay Resortissa! Kauniit näkymät golfkentälle merinäköalalla aivan golfkentän ohi. Saatat jopa nähdä joitain hevosia laiduntamassa kaukaisuudessa! Aidatulla sisäänkäynnillä Kuilima Estates Westiin ja paikan päällä oleville vartijoille. Mukana yksi osoitettu pysäköintitiski. Siellä on myös vieraskojuja. Kompleksi on linja-autoreitillä, joten jos sinulla ei ole vuokra-autoa, voit silti päästä lomakeskukseen! Tämä on täysin kalustettu koti, jossa on pyyhkeet, vuodevaatteet, keittiövälineet jne. Tuo vain vaatteet ja hammasharja! Laitteessa on jopa pesukone ja kuivaaja tarvittaessa! Voit ostaa päivittäistavaroita Foodland-kaupasta, joka sijaitsee lähellä Waimea-lahdetta tai Laien kaupungissa. Hotellissa on myös ravintoloita ja niitä on myös golfkerhotalossa. Tämä koti on noin 45-60 minuutin päässä Honolulun lentokentältä.
Koti on toisessa kerroksessa (ei hissiä), josta on paremmat näkymät ja merelle päin. Olohuoneessa on iso älytelevisio, Split AC, joka avautuu peitetylle lanaille. Päämakuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava king size-vuode, iso vaatekaappi, taulutelevisio, ilmastointi, tuuletin, lamput. Parvi-tyylisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta, tuuletin, lamppu ja Split AC. Tärkeimmässä kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme-suihku-yhdistelmä ja parvella olevassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. Keittiössä on liesi / uuni, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja jääpalakone & astianpesukone. Se on täysin varustettu astiat, ruokailuvälineet, kattilat ja pannut, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin. Kodissa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu.
Käytössäsi on boogie-levyt, snorklausvälineet ja tennismailat. Kompleksissa on 3 uima-allasta käytettäväksi, tenniskentät. Voit myös vuokrata polkupyöriä, hevosia, mopoja, surffilautoja, golfvarusteita hotellin alueella tai Haleiwassa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Turtle Bay. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Enjoyed our stay!
Overall, we had a great time in Oahu and at this condo. We loved the area...even swam with a sea turtle! :) JoAnn was a great host who communicated well with us and even checked in mid-week to see if all was well. The loft bathroom had a low ceiling and short shower, which was unexpected. My sons are over 6 feet tall but we made it work. The condo was updated with nice finishes but some maintenance cleaning needs to be done. It was off-putting to arrive and see many fans in all rooms with caked on dust as well as caked on dust on bathroom vanities. The routine cleaning of vacuuming, wiped counters, clean toilets and showers etc was good, however.

Great House on North Shore
We loved our four night stay here. The access to pools, North Shore beaches and many excursions made this a hit for the whole family. The house had all the necessary stuff to allow us to make it home. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. If we’re ever back on Oahu we will stay again.

Great location!
We enjoyed Spring Break here with our children. The condo was a central location to the north shore and east side activities that we had scheduled. Multiple fans and A/C units kept us nice and cool. This well stocked condo was a comfortable home away from home!

Lovely stay at Turtle bay
This is our 3rd visit to the island and 2nd to Turtle bay. Love the quiet area. Condo was wonderful, clean, well stocked with necessities for day to day and lots of snorkels for the kids to use. Pool was great as well.

Simply put, “an amazing experience “
Absolutely no issues, wonderful location, the condo was just as described, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook, washer and dryer was a welcomed convenience, the bedrooms were adequate, bathrooms were stocked sufficiently, even had beach toys i.e. snorkels, boogie boards coolers etc. the swimming pool was wonderful, heated . Jo ann the owner was wonderful , never met her, but answered all my annoying e mails in a timely manner 😉 Highly recommend this condo, it’s on the Turtle Bay resort, restaurants within walking distance, Foodlands are only 5 miles away to the East or West. 10 minute walk to the beach, and beautiful sunsets!!

Was a great week in paradise. Accommodations were ideal for our family. Updated in a very smart and modern look. Lots of water toys to use and a great golf course view from the private balcony. Bird watching galore!. Very comfortable and highly recommended

Comfortable place
Easy walking distance to the beach or drive if you prefer. Everything you need is in the condo. Either the kitchen or a trip to the beach. Foodland is 5 miles away. The area around the condo is quiet. No leaf blowers too. We would stay here again.

Great spot in Turtle Bay condos.
We loved this condo. Location is easy--so walkable. The 2 beds upstairs was key for us, as was the 2nd bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bathroom wouldn't work for a bunch of giants, as the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom max'd out at about 6' but worked great for us. Clean. Decent beds. The upstairs AC was critical for the nights, but otherwise, the breezes did the job. So well stocked with multiple snorkels, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, sand toys if you have kids with you. etc. Would stay here again!

Awesome stay
The property was excellent. Extremely clean, supplied, and comfortable. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. The area is perfect. We used this as our base when we explored the North Shore and we were able to utilize the Turtle Bay beaches. We also booked some activities through the resort. Highly recommend!

This condo has plenty of space for a family of four—the second full bathroom was a great addition to the the standard 2 bed 1 bath condo layout. Kitchen had all we needed, and the location on the north shore made all day trips conveniently close.

A Perfect Getaway
Jo Ann's townhome was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location - close to all the beautiful beaches and Turtle Bay Resort Proper without being in the hustle and bustle. The extras (snorkeling gear, boogie boards, ice chests, etc) were so nice to have. We stayed with our 1.5 and 4.5 year old, which was a bit stressful at first since the stairs are steep and open to below. However, once the little one got the hang of it we were able to relax. There was a baby gate available but it wasn't strong enough to keep my kiddo off the stairs. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Perfect Anniversary Trip
Travelled with another couple celebrating our 30th anniversaries. Everything from booking the townhome to check-out was perfect. Beautiful townhome in a fantastic location. Easy to access, great parking, quiet location. Loved using the pool at the end of our busy days of exploring. If we come back to Oahu, we will definitely try to book here again!

The condo was well stocked. The location was nice. The best condo I have stayed in. This is the 5th condo I’ve rented at the Kuilima Estates. Especially enjoyed the AC in the loft since there are no windows.
