Unit A-16 offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and sunset. Newly furnished and beautifully decorated by new owners, unit A16 has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated appliances and air conditioning.

Great Updates
This is a well maintained unit that is tastefully decorated. The bed linens, bath towels and beach towels were all high quality. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed to BBQ down at the pool or cook in the unit. We really appreciated the tall lanai furniture that allowed us to easily whale watch. Also this unit has a locking screen front door which allowed great air flow so we never had to turn on the AC. But speaking of AC this is one of only a handful of units that has AC in the bedroom. Parking is first come first serve however there was never a problem finding a space. But don't forget to put your parking permit on the dash be cause onsite management does check and leave violation notices.The hosts and maintenance people for this unit were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Great stay
We booked this on short notice because our dissatisfaction with the Marriott in Waikoloa. Overlooking the water, well equipped, great location close to Kailua/Kona/all amenities. Cannot recommend this home more highly. Hope to return in ‘25.

Perfection
Easy to book and great location. So many perfect touches to make this condo comfortable. Great furniture and decor. Extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, welcome chocolates, and first class view of ocean. The cookware is top quality. We never turn on tv while on vacation but i bet it is good also. Would love to return to this particular condo often!

Top-notch experience
This was such an amazing place to begin our Big Island vacation! We spent three nights and wished it could be more. Clean, stocked, quick responses from management, fantastic location. It's just as wonderful as the pictures make it look and I can't recommend this place highly enough. I still dream of the sunsets on the Lanai.

I’ve stayed in this complex many times. Shannon’s condo is updated and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. You can’t beat the sound of the waves, and communicating with Shannon is so easy. She’s a great hostess. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and to make a base for your big island adventures. Yes. The listing really is the view from the lanai. We left the doors open and slept with the sound of the waves. The unit is lovely and it’s an easy walk to Kona attractions. We would gladly stay here again.

We had wonderful stay at Shannon's condo! Beautiful views of the ocean, private, peaceful, and she has everything you might need for your vacation. Condo was clean and bright. Ocean front balcony is wonderful! We loved the location so close to town, restaurants and shopping. The unit is nicely appointed with newer finishes and furnishings, very light and airy. It was very helpful to have the washer and dryer. The one thing that keeps us from rating this as 5 stars is the lack of cleanliness when we arrived. We arrived about 7:00 pm. The sheets and towels were clean but the room itself was not. The floors were dirty, spilled trash and dried banana peels under the sink, dirty dishes and kitchen linens had been put away in the cupboards, dried foods on the counters and floors and the bathroom floor and bathmat were very, very sticky and dirty. We contacted the owner and she said she would send her cleaning person over the next day. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately and scheduled someone to come by the next day. We chose to do a lot of cleaning ourselves before the cleaner arrived because we were very uncomfortable in the environment. We spent a good amount of the first evening and the next morning cleaning, then the cleaner arrived in the afternoon and finished. This property was rated very high when we booked it so I hope our experience was an anomaly. If this property is clean you will absolutely love your stay here!

Great view and location. Well appointed and comfortable.
We have stayed in this complex many times, and this has been one of the cleanest and most comfortable units. It's all about the view and they have a great lanai setup. The bed is extremely comfortable! The shower doors were a little wonky, but everything else was great and in perfect condition. Our friends stayed in a different unit and the owners gave them a long list of things to do before departing. Not the case here, which we appreciated. Who wants to clean a condo on their last day in paradise? Highly recommend

Property was just as advertised. View from the Lanai was absolutely stunning. My wife didn’t want to leave. Short walk to the Kona waterfront. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Nice, but a couple of concerns
While the property is nice a couple of concerns - There was not a working smoke detector in the condo even though the listing indicates there is. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling. I contacted the owner and she said the handyman removed it to replace the battery. Not a good situation as I rented the place assuming there would be a smoke detector in working order. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom so it is pretty warm. While there was a floor fan it does not provide the circulation needed.

Excellent location with amazing view!

great view, short walk to Kailua-Kona
The condo was very clean and organized with all the necessities including sunscreen. The only issue was the amount of light that comes through the bedroom window. An earlier reviewer commented on this also and suggested some sort of black-out blinds for the window and I wholeheartedly agree. The corridor light fixture and the red exit lamp fixture (just outside of the window) illuminates the entire bedroom. I used some towels and hung them off of the screens' frames of the window and that didn't even keep much of the light out.
