Banyan Tree Penthouse Condo 402 on tilava, meressä sijaitseva huoneisto merinäköalalla, joka jättää sinut hengittämään. Sijaitsee rauhallisella 4. kerroksella, kattohuoneisto, mutta kuitenkin niin lähellä vettä, että voit katsoa alaspäin ja nähdä trooppisia kaloja kuten keltaista tankaa! Merikilpikonnat, kehruu-delfiinit, ryppyvalaat (kauden aikana) ja surffaajat viihdyttävät sinua usein päivällä, ja surffaus saa sinut nukkumaan joka ilta. Olohuoneessa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat, jotka näyttävät ikään kuin valtameri tulee sisään! Yksityinen, kaakeloitu lanai on täydellinen paikka nauttia kahvia aamulla tai nauttia cocktailia ja katsella kuvaa täydellisestä auringonlaskusta illalla.

Sisältä löydät kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Oceanfront makuuhuoneessa on mukava parisänky ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kuningatar ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta, joten yksikkö nukkuu mukavasti viidellä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterioiden tekemiseen tai täydelliseen "auringonlaskun onnelliseen tuntiin" valmistautumiseksi! Nauti kahdesta taulutelevisiosta, jossa on yli 200 kanavaa, DVD-kirjasto, Bluetooth-kaiutin kappaleillesi ja ilmainen WiFi. Rantapäivinä toimitetaan rantapyyhkeet, tuolit, boogie-levyt, jäähdyttimet ja sateenvarjo. Pakkaa vähemmän vaatteita matkallesi, jos haluat, uuden täysikokoisen Maytag-pesukoneen ja -kuivaajan takia. Ilmastointi on koko huoneiston, jotta pysyt viileänä lämpiminä Kona-päivinä!

Banyan-puu on pieni, hyvin hoidettu kompleksi, jossa on vain 20 yksikköä, joten se ei tunnu koskaan tungosta. Kiinteistö sijaitsee niin lähellä kuin pääset Tyynellemerelle. Itse asiassa uuden rakennuksen ei enää sallita olevan niin lähellä merta kuin Banyanin puu. Merenranta-uima-altaalta on lumoavat näkymät ja paljon mukavia lepotuoleja. Grillausmahdollisuus ja poreallas ovat myös uima-altaan vieressä. Kaikille Banyan Tree -vieraille on viihdyttävä tilava veranta toisessa kerroksessa, josta on upeat näkymät. Suoraan vieressä on pieni, hiekkaranta, josta paikalliset pääsevät Banyan Surf -sivustolle, kuuluisalle vesistölle talon edessä, joka tunnetaan upeasta surffauksesta ja boogie-lennolle.

Banyan Tree sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Big Islandin aurinkoisella puolella Kailua-Konassa. Suosituimmat ravintolat, kuten Poke Shack, ja paikalliset viljelijämarkkinat ovat muutaman minuutin päässä. Konan keskusta, gallerioita ja kauppoja on alle kolme mailia. Historiallinen Alii-asema, joka sopii erinomaisesti valtameren kävelylle, on aivan takaovesta. Oletko valmis rannalle? Magic Sands -ranta on alle mailin päässä. Wonderful gem RIGHT on the water!
Banyon Tree 402 is one of, if not THE best place we've stayed, certainly on the big Island, if not ALL Hawaii. The condo is "personal and private." All the little things you wonder about ARE there and to be enjoyed! Bring your "ahhhhhhh," and enjoy the fabulous views, great location!

A perfect choice
A truly lovely condo. The attention to detail is unbelievable. And then there’s the view. We’ve stayed at a lot of condos up and down Ali'i Drive. This one is at the top of my list. Loved watching the surfers in the morning and the sunsets at night. Very comfortable and appreciate the easy communication. Location is also perfect. Already looking forward to my next stay!.

Unbeatable Views
We made a great decision selecting this vacation for our family of 4. Although it was a little small for what we would normally prefer, we spent tons of time on the lanai watching the waves and the surfers. Our kids are in college and one boy one girl and they had to share a bedroom which was really the only negative. The "Master" bed is open to the living room and only separated by a sliding door that doesn't fully close. The location of this place is great in that it is about a 10 min or less drive to the bars/shops/restaurants of Kona and only a mile to Magic Sand beach. We could get just about anywhere in 10 to 15min by car. The property was very well equipped. We did not use the pool but loved the beach chairs and umbrella and used them multiple times. Overall a great experience and we loved the place.

Incredible Views and a Relaxing Place to Stay
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. First of all, the condo has incredible views of the ocean, particularly through the living room window which looks as if the condo is almost in the ocean. The balcony also has great views and is very spacious. Its very relaxing to chill on the balcony and watch the surfers riding the waves. There is a small beach by the condo, but unless you are a surfer, I'd recommend nearby Magic Sands beach, its just a couple minute drive. The condo pool area was really nice as well, it is right by the ocean, with ocean views from the pool chairs or hot tub. There were very few people at the pool during our stay, and it felt like we mostly had the pool to ourselves. The location was also excellent, about a 10 minute drive from the downtown Kailua-Kona area which has tons of restaurants and awesome beach views everywhere you go. On our trip we also went to Hilo one day which was about 1.75 hours away, Volcano National Park which was about 2 hours away, and Hapuna beach which was about an hour away. Lastly, I wanted to mention that the condo owner was awesome and worked with us through a difficult situation. Our flight home was cancelled due to airline issues, we had to spend an extra two days in Hawaii (what a shame, I know), and instead of needing to find a new condo, the owner was able to work with us to extend our stay which was extremely appreciated. Overall, we cannot recommend this place enough!

Girls Trip for Birthdays
INCREDIBLE place!! This condo is gorgeous inside. The view from the lanai off the master bedroom was our favorite place to hang out in the morning with our coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. Banyan Beach is a very popular local surf spot and it was fun to watch them catching waves every day. The windows are perfectly aligned with sunrise and sunset and everything in the kitchen (and throughout) the condo is labeled. We enjoyed slow mornings at the table after cooking scrambled eggs, use of beach towels for excursions, amenities such as large closet space and easy access to town. The location is perfect because it is so quiet at night and literally 5 minutes from Kona Village. Easy north drives and easy south drives to various locations. It was a bonus to have a dedicated covered parking spot. The pool was refreshing after a long day out and the second floor lanai was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing. Inside the condo, the couch was soft and comfy and the pull out room separator was easy to use. Kim was responsive when I notified her about some lights being out and the trash chute made us feel like we were in a NYC high rise. Overall stay was 5 STARS and highly recommended! Thanks Kim for a great place.

Beautiful Condo with a Great View
This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures show. The view from the living room, dining room and lanai/patio are incredible. Locals surf the waves right below the windows, so you could sit there for hours just watching them catch the waves. The owners Jon & Kim checked in with us via text to make sure everything was up to par and made it very clear they were just a phone call away if anything needed attention while we were there (nothing ever went wrong, though). We had family staying in another condo in this complex at the same time as us, and this condo we were in was absolutely more up-to-date. We were appreciative of the condiments left in the fridge by previous guests, and we left some unused items as well when we checked out. You'll definitely enjoy your stay at this unit should you decide to book it. There are multiple snorkeling spots within a 3-5 minute drive of this condo. The only part that had me raise an eyebrow was the amount of rules the HOA has put in place for this complex. There were 7 pages of rules posted in the elevator, you actually have to ride the elevator a few times to be able to read through everything. There's even a sign at the pool that states, "No Marco/Polo or any games to be played at the pool". We had our children with us and though none of the posted rules affected our trip negatively, it just felt a little uninviting or uncomfortable at times, like the board at the HOA doesn't like that owners rent out their units.

Can’t beat that view!
We lucked into a vacant week at this very popular rental to celebrate our anniversary and boy howdy did this property live up to its promise! The views are spectacular. The layout is well appropriated and the AC was a nice touch at night. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the surfers, the fish, and the waves. The location is very easy to get to and the reserved parking space is the icing on the cake! Thank you for all of the thoughtful touches of extra towels and beach equipment and general wares in the kitchen. We even had to use (and replaced what we used) the first-aid kit…those lava rocks are sharp! We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely Amazing
This property was spectacular! We listened to waves every night and it was great. Nice ocean breeze so no need for A/C. Previous guests left condiments so that was very helpful. Tons of space. Brought 3 of our kids and granddaughter over one at a time. Ages 63 to 6 had so much fun. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short car trip to get there. Pool was a hit for our 6 year old! We barbecued and ate by the pool and also played games on the communal lanai. Highly recommend this property!

A Slice of Heaven on Earth
This rental was just as described online. The photos and description were accurate and the owners were very easy to communicate with. This property has breathtaking views and is in a wonderful location with tons of wonderful restaurants and shopping as well as beautiful beaches nearby. Wow, this condo is everything that was decribed. We were so lucky to view surfers from the lanai everyday, so fun to watch. We only had one issue and that is with the signage at the entrance to the parking garage. The signage is not lit at night and is some what concealed from view. Easy to miss the entry.

Incredible View and Excellent Location
This unit on the top floor of the Banyan Tree has the best view of anywhere we have ever stayed. It has truly the most incredible views - the pictures online don't do it justice. We so enjoyed the sunsets sitting on the Lanai and it was great to watch the surfers every day. We slept so well hearing the waves at night. It was so soothing and relaxing. The hosts, Kim and Jon, thought of everything their guests could possibly need. The unit was nicely decorated and had very comfortable furniture. We also appreciated the books on Hawaii and the binder they put together with very helpful tips on what to do in the area and restaurants, etc. We would love to return to the island and we would absolutely stay at this unit again! Perfect getaway
The property listing is very accurate! Right on the water in an immaculate setting. Nice location within walking distance of town. Or the free tram stops every hour a block away. We enjoyed doing both! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place for a family to stay
It was our first time to Kona. The view is amazing and in a great location. Our family enjoyed having everything we needed for the beach available. Can’t beat the sunsets! Would definitely stay there again!
