Perfect for our needs
The location is great. It's a short walk to everything we needed. The house was clean and tidy. The wi-fi worked great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of places to lounge as well eat our meals. I was very impressed with the communication we had with our host. They were always quick to reply and very accommodating. They even got us a high chair for our grandson. I'd stay there again.

Amazing location, lovely 3 bedroom house
We would come back for sure! The house was as pictured/described, and the host was prompt and helpful in communication. It was super comfortable for me and two adult friends. Decor was cozy and furniture was comfortable. Best of all is the location! Wow! Stunning views, close to so many amazing hikes and adventures, and within walking/very short driving distance of places to eat,etc.I highly recommend this VRBO!!The only feedback I can offer is more of a clarification…we booked this after winning the lottery to hike The Wave. The listing says it is “5 minutes” from The Wave, but it is really about a 40 minute drive to the trailhead and parking lot. I think that it’s accurate because if you go with a tour company to hike The Wave, you are definitely within 5 minutes of your meetup spot to connect with a guide. This is in no way negative feedback—we truly loved everything about the VRBO and the hike. Just wanted to share in case it is helpful for anyone who might be trip planning.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig, große Küche, eine einladende Veranda. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermarkt in 5 min Fussweg zu erreichen. Von Kanab kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen.

Enjoyed the charming house and outdoor seating area. Having a washer & drier was helpful, however, the washer is out of balance and feet need adjusting to prevent it from walking across the floor. A quiet location.

Had a great stay in a great property
Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. This is a charming property a very short walk to downtown Kanab. This was a wonderful base for our trips to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim and Horseshoe Bend. My wife and I agree that you won’t be disappointed if you choose this VRBO property for your stay in Kanab.

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful house. Very clean, cute. Beds and showers were great. Washer and dryer were very nice while traveling with family. Lovely little town and great hosts!

Wonderful stay!
I was so impressed with this house and location! The house was in immaculate condition and we could tell they care about what they do. We had a lot of room for the six people we had. The house was located by an amazing restaurant called the Iron Horse as well as a delicious coffee truck. The hosts were very welcoming and communicated wonderfully!

We couldn't be happier. Now we can see why this vrbo is rated as a 5! It is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, plus the extra stuff such as baggies, coffee, tea and so on. The home is very clean and the master bed was one that you just fall into and you will be sound asleep in no time. Especially after hiking in the National and State parks, which are within a reasonable drive from the home. Thank you for sharing this property.

Stylish home in perfect location
We stayed here over Spring Break with our 4 boys and had a great time! The house is very clean, and the decor was stylish and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and driving distance to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The owners were responsive when we needed them. Our favorite part was the yard where we grilled, had a campfire and played lots of cornhole. It was all perfect!

Location, location, location!
Kanab is such an awesome town and the location of this house is perfect for walking to town or sightseeing. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the manager was fabulous. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! Loved it!

Cozy stay
We had a nice stay at Taylor’s house in Kanab. It’s in a convenient location in town and had all the necessary amenities to cook, relax, and sleep there comfortably. When we had an issue with the heat, Taylor was responsive and accommodating, and the issue was fixed by the next day. Made for a nice home base while hiking in the area.

Great location for our Grand Canyon rim to rim hike. Only an hour and a half drive from the North Rim and three and a half from the South Rim. We needed a "Goldilocks" place for optimal hike prep and recovery. House was very clean, beds were comfy, couch was plush, great heating and air conditioning to keep constant temperature for prime resting conditions! Would definitely book again!
