Tämä kaunis historiallisessa rekisterissä rekisteröidyssä rakennuksessa sijaitseva parvi on kunnostettu kauniisti. Kaikki uudet keittiöt, kylpyhuoneet ja kalusteet - rakennus kunnostettiin kokonaan uusilla johdoilla, LVI-, vaihtovirta- ja lämmityslaitteilla. Historiaa säilytettiin erittäin huolellisesti ja siinä on kaikki nykyaikaiset mukavuudet.

Sijaitsee keskustan sydämessä. 2 korttelin päässä kongressikeskuksesta, korttelin päässä Power & Light District ja Sprint Center. Myös korttelin päässä ilmaisesta KC Streetcarista, joka kulkee Main Streetiltä ja alkaa River Marketista Union Stationille ja Crown keskustaan.

Clean and Comfortable Downtown Loft
Celebrated a milestone birthday in this clean and cute downtown loft. We made the easy (10min) drive to shop on Plaza. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it was close to grab groceries nearby (3min). Can’t wait to book again!

Birthday Celebration
Very nice property and as described. Spacious enough for our group of 8, mostly teenage girls and a couple of moms. We used the streetcar, which is a short walk away, to get to dinner and other activities. Parking is not free, but several options are provided (for pay) and were easy to locate. I appreciated the communication from the property manager. Check in was easy. Would stay again and recommend to friends visiting the area.

Great condo location
Came in for a weekend stay to go to a Chiefs game. The condo has quick access to the highway, so we made it to the stadium in less than 15 minutes. It’s also walking distance to the Power & Light District, which was great for dinner and entertainment after the game. Condo was clean and spacious. Excellent communication with our host throughout our stay.

Cool Vibes!
We loved the condo! It was in a great location. Parking was available in the lot next door. We were there on Thanksgiving, so not a lot of places were open for business. We hope to come back again when the weather is nice and we can enjoy the outdoor terrace.

we enjoyed our stay and location very much. Everything is close by...can walk almost everywhere. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was quick with the owner when we had a question.

Wedding Party
Our daughter got married at The Kansas City Club and this location was within walking distance to the venue. We had stayed there earlier on in the summer and specially chose this location for this reason. We loved the loft and amenities however the street noise at night on Friday and Saturday was quite loud. It sounded like cars were racing and people were screaming right below us. We know that this was beyond the property owners control. Despite that, we would definitely stay at this location again.
