Great location, get some better beds
Hotel was cleaned and well maintained. My wife, daughter and I found the beds uncomfortable and my wife and I have sore backs as a result. In fairness we do both suffer with pain, the beds just didn’t do us any favors. Location seems to be in the heart of downtown so everything we wanted to do could either be accomplished by walking or taking the free city streetcar.

Fantastic location, very close to Power & Light district, and very easy to get to highway access to get around KC area. Hotel is clean and modern, with great rooms and the staff were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a concert at The Midland, and the location was ideal—it was just a short walk to and from the venue, and there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite to eat. However, the parking situation was a bit confusing when we first arrived. It wasn’t clear where to park for check-in, so we ended up finding a spot and walking to the hotel. The entrance was also a bit unclear. We initially tried to enter through the main sidewalk door, but it wouldn’t open, so I had to go through the Starbucks and then into the lobby. The front desk staff member wasn’t unfriendly, but she wasn’t particularly welcoming either. On a positive note, the room was very nice and clean. The only issue I encountered was with the shower. The sliding glass door wouldn’t stay closed once the track got wet, and because the door was heavy, it kept sliding open, making it difficult to take a shower.

Great location
Went to KC for a concert. Perfect location. Walking distance to many bars/restaurants and the TMobile center. Rooms are big and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was nice with a great assortment of hot foods. We will stay here each time we are in the area.

We had a great corner balcony with an amazing view of the city. We enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee out there every morning. We were walking distance to many great restaurants and night life or you could hop on the street car right outside. Only 20 minutes from Arrow Head and within 10 or so minutes from Union Station. We had a great stay and look forward to our next trip.

My car got the window busted out and timed though an it was raining. I employees acted like it was a regular event. What be staying at any Hampton inns anymore. Good thing I didn’t leave anything of value In the car

Hotel is good, but be aware of the parking set-up.
Room was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Just be aware, parking is $20/night and is in a city surface parking lot, a block away from the hotel, and with no access control. The parking lot is well lit, and I had no trouble, but if I had known this in advance I might have chosen another hotel.
