Not worth it.
It was a family stay with two kids, who really wanted to enjoy pool, and when we booked this hotel nobody told us that the pool is under construction. Now we have two very upset kids and not happy parents. Another disappointment was the view, I paid extra to have a plaza view with Christmas lights. And we got the neighborhood view no lights or anything exciting. Again hotels said it wasn’t their fault, and hotels.com should be responsible for this. For me, I probably never gonna use hotels.com and Hilton hotel would be the last place I’m gonna stay in. For the price I was charged it’s not worth to have upset kids when we supposed to have a great family time.

Inside pool not working, thermostat not working, plugged bathroom drain they were unable to fix, we spent half day without bathroom till they moved us to a new room, horrible breakfast, they ask for a tip every time you ask for your car.

Property was close to lots of shopping and close to major attractions. The facility's swimming pool and restaurant were limited or closed due to construction/maintenance. This was a major factor in booking the hotel which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Overall, a good time and friendly staff.

Great stay for KC game!
We had a great stay at this hotel! Despite the restaurant being under renovation, the service was excellent, and the BLT sandwiches were delicious. The beautiful scenery and proximity to the Plaza made it easy to explore on foot. Additionally, the valet service was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!
