It's the perfect spot for anyone coming to town for a Chiefs or Royals game! In addition to being close to both stadiums the property is only 12 minutes to downtown Kansas City. The Stadium Cottage is perfect for small groups with large bedrooms, high speed WIFI, ample storage, private parking for 2-3 vehicles and a fully fenced in yard for pets


Host will not be on site during the stay but am a phone call away but don't live at the property.

Guests will be able to enjoy the full 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house all to themselves. Guests have full use of the front and backyard, garage and basement where there is a full size washer and dryer.

This fully furnished home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!

Living Room: Furnished with comfortable couch and love seat. This home has a 65" Smart TV HDTV and is connected with high speed WIFI for all of you streaming needs. The home does not have cable but apps such as HULU, Netflix, Youtube and AMAZON prime have been loaded to allow guests to log into their own accounts.

Kitchen: Comes fully equipped with all major appliances including a microwave and toaster. Prefer to stay in and cook? No problem, all pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided including a spice rack. Basic dishes are also provided including wine glasses!

Dining Room: Table to seat for a meal or board games that are included! Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, Pour Over and a French Press are provided along with coffee ground, creamer and sugar!

All three bedrooms are located on the second level. Bedrooms have luxurious queen size beds with hotel style linens and pillows, white noise makers on the night stands and luggage racks. Master bedroom has a TV. All bedrooms have dressers and closets for adequate storage space for long term stays.

The full bathroom on second level and half bath on lower level. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as make-up towels for convenience. Tommy Bahama Luxury bath products are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

The screened in porch is a great spot to hang out and relax on those cool summer nights and there are games to play in the fully fenced in backyard. Your pets are also welcome!

Basement has a full size washer and dryer available should you need to do a load of laundry before heading home.

Property backs up to the highway, each bedroom is equip with noise machines. However, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the property for you.

Private driveway parking and street parking available for this home.

Uber is a great way to get around Kansas City, but in addition to , Uber the Kansas City Street Car stop at Union Station is only about 10 minutes away. Park at Union Station for Free and catch the KC streetcar (ALSO FREE!) all the way to the River Market where there is great dining and shopping options.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
