We had a fabulous time at this property! The dining choices exceeded our expectations. We especially loved Mura the Asian restaraunt. The property is beautiful, clean and not overcrowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am telling everyone I know to go to Unico 20 87!

I love that the resort was adult only and all inclusive. It was a beautiful place and was nice that we could go from the pool and the beach with ease. I would have liked more food options. It would have been nice to have some type of dessert option offered by the pool area. I disliked the way we were harassed to buy into the new properties after taking the resort tour. It was very much like a timeshare just worded differently. We will never take part in one of these again no matter what the offer “for free” or “discounted”. Very disappointing in how we were treated by being approved by 4 additional sales people after saying no.

The noise at the "quite" pool was horrendous, especially later in the day. Our suite, which was wonderful, lost it's charm and value for the price due to the noise of both the folks who didn't care that this was a quiet place as well as the horrendous noise of dishes being done. For $1400 a night, this was NOT ok.

Excellent! All the staff are very kind and helpful. Our local host Hector R was also incredibly helpful and really helped us create an itinerary of some activities we wanted to do (spa, monkey sanctuary, dinner reservations, snorkelling, etc). we did catch a lil bug towards the end of our trip cause we over ate and drank the tap water (via brushing teeth) but staff were really caring regarding room service and getting us medicine (pepto). The pool was the perfect temperature, the ocean was so beautiful. I would have appreciated some warning abt the sea urchins but they were very cool to see.

This was our 2nd time at Unico and we can't wait to return again . The food is more upscale compared to other resorts. Service is above average . Daisy and Diana went out of their way to accommodate us for anything we needed . We knew alot of the people from last year so it must be a good place to work . BtW the hour drive from the airport is worth it.
