Astu valoisaan ja onnelliseen, hiljattain remontoituun 2. kerroksen huoneistoon, joka sijaitsee Kauaiin itärannikolla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Paljon kaappitilaa ja lipaston säilytystila. Täysi kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa pyyhkeet, kasvovaatteet ja saippuat. Keittiössä on täysi jääkaappi, pakastin, astianpesukone, täysi tuotevalikoima, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni ja kaikki muu, jota sisäkokki voi tarvita. Huoneisto on varustettu nopealla internetyhteydellä ja Smart TV: llä (koko kanavan kokoonpano). Päämakuuhuoneessa on Apple TV ja HDMI-kaapeli, joka kiinnitetään kannettavaan tietokoneeseen Netflix jne.
Condo kompleksi on kaunis uima-allas ja ulkosuihku pestä hiekkaa ja surffata varpaistasi. Hämmästyttävää, että huoneisto sijaitsee aivan koralliriutta, joka on vilkas elämässä. Se on todella paratiisi!
Suosittelemme vuokraamaan auton nähdäksesi muun Kauai-saaren. Olemme kuitenkin erinomaisella paikalla kadun toisella puolella melkein kaikista tarvitsemista palveluista. Ravintolat, ruokakaupat, apteekki, ostosmahdollisuudet, McDonalds, jäätelö ja kuuluisa EastCoast Trail ovat aivan takaoven ulkopuolella.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Waipouli Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, vesipuiston ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Amazing oceanfront condo
This wonderful condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kauai. It is very well maintained and in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great central location
The condo was great, clean and very well stocked. Sheila was attentive to our needs and made sure that we did not need anything. It was a great central location for all the activities we wanted to do whether to the south or north of the island.

A perfect place to explore Kauai
We absolutely loved the condo. Well located in Kapa’a, with all service easily accessible by walking. Just next to the beach, easy to take a coffee during the sunrise, or stay on the lawn chair on the balcony to watch the stars. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve seen on a vacation home. As a family of 3, it the best condo or home we ever rented. The owner was quick to resolve a minor issue and really efficient. We’re giving 5 stars! We had a few extras like the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bosrds, beach towels, beach mat, parasil and cooler. Everything needed for a beach day.

Great condo on the beach
Wonderful views especially during sunrise. The breezes off the ocean always kept the condo cool with refreshing smells, and the constant sounds of the ocean put you to sleep at night. Beautiful beaches to walk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook in most days. The hot water availability was a bit iffy but I would definitely stay here again.

Amaziing view
Condo has an amazing view! Centrally located in Kapaa. Worked great for three people. Did not realize it did not have AC. Ocean breeze kept the temperature comfortable while we were there....fans were provided. Hot water takes 5 to 10 minutes to warm up. Owner was quick to respond when contacted. Coolers, chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear were provided.

What a fantastic stay!
This property is so great. It’s steps from the beach, can literally hear the waves from bed. Great tv, internet, w/d and kitchen setup. Felt like a home away from home. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend staying here. Walking distance is restaurants, grocery store, and shaved ice

Celebrating 70
I have stayed in units at this establishment for at least 25 years and this unit, Sunrise Central on the Beach. is by far my favorite! Hopefully, I will continue to stay in this unit for many years to come. You can't beat the incredible views and sunrises from your lanai. The tradewinds only enhance this remarkable unit. It's as close to perfect as you can get!

Communication was spot on. No issues checking in. Loved the property, condo had everything we needed. Costco and Safeway being so close was a bonus, grounds keepers and housekeeper were so friendly and helpful. And pumpkin was an absolute joy! We would love to come and stay again soon.

This is a fantastic place to stay for the ultimate relaxation opportunity. My wife and I enjoy just sitting out on the balcony and watching the surf. This place has it all! Amazing view, great location and everything you need to have the perfect vacation. Michelle is wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure all needs are met with special little touches. There are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and other little things you may need. The beds are comfortable & with the windows open you get the glorious breeze from the water to keep you nice and cool ( not to mention the beautiful sound of the waves to lure you to sleep at night). There are plenty of beach supplies provided. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards all week. Michelle is also quick to answer any questions that you may have during your stay as well. The patio was my favorite spot for morning coffee and it is where I ended all my nights. We lucked out and saw a sea lion sleeping on the beach during our stay. You can not go wrong with this beautiful condo. Thank you Michelle for making our vacation feel like a home away from home!

My friend who lost her husband this last year and I went back to Kauai Kailani to stay and honor Paul. We have been coming to this resort for a very long time. We especially enjoy the end units, the views are great and we appreciate hearing the surf and not other residents. The unit was well appointed and clean.

A little slice of paradise
My husband and I along with my Sister and her Husband spent a week here and absolutely loved the condo and location- central to everything and right on the ocean with beach access. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending our days relaxing before and after heading out for our adventures! Michelle had the condo well stocked in almost anything we needed in the kitchen and lots of snorkel gear and beach chairs. It was a fantastic week and made our stay in Kauai unforgettable!

The owner sent all information to us ahead of time covering parking and electric footlocker operation. The unit was excellent, exactly as seen online. No refrigeration, but being the end unit the ocean breezes kept us comfortable. Easy walk to nearby grocery stores & dinning.
