Tämä on kaunis yksityinen, rauhallinen huvila, josta on näkymät puutarhoihin ja nurmikkoon, jotka johtavat Laguunille 2. Upea. Tässä erittäin toivotussa 2 makuuhuoneen huvilassa on havaijilainen sisustus kauniilla ulkoasulla, mukaan lukien suuret ruokailu- ja oleskelutilat. Makuuhuoneet ja kylpyhuoneessa olevat siipi ovat tärkeimmän oleskelutilan vastakkaisilla puolilla. Siinä on hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa on valtava keskisaari, jonka on suunnitellut Roy Yamaguchi.

Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Ko Olinan rantahuvilan eturakennuksen (rantatorni) 2. kerroksessa, tämä huoneisto on muutaman askeleen päässä Tyynestä valtamerestä ja kävelytieltä, joka yhdistää kaikki Ko Olina Resortin valtameren edessä sijaitsevat ominaisuudet. Todella ainutlaatuinen ominaisuus, rantahuvilat ovat uusimmat ja ainoat rannalla sijaitsevat osakehuoneistot, joita saarella on saatavana 25 vuodessa. Vain 20 minuutin päässä länteen Honolulu-lentokentältä ja muutaman minuutin ostospaikoista Kapoleissa sijaitseva Beach Villlas tarjoaa viiden tähden maailmanluokan rauhaa ja tyylikkyyttä tinkimättä mukavuudesta.

Tätä villaa on ylläpidetty moitteettomasti ja se tarjoaa laajan lanai upean merinäköalan ja ranta- / laguuninäkymän, joka sopii täydellisesti ilta-auringonlaskun katselemiseen. Tämä rakennuksen puoli on erittäin hiljainen.

Tämä huvila tarjoaa taulu-tv: n (mukaan lukien iPod doc) ja kaikki rannatarvikkeet, mukaan lukien rantapyyhkeet ja tuolit. Mestarikokin Roy Yamaguchin suunnittelema gourmet-keittiö sisältää Wolfin, Subzero ja Fisher Paykelin premium-laitteita, ja Bosch-pesukone ja -kuivaaja toimitetaan avuksesi. Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio. Päällikön kylpyammeessa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, iso suihku ja kylpyamme. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja täysi kylpyamme kylpyammeella (kaksi sänkyä voidaan järjestää kuninkaaksi etukäteen pyydettäessä). Olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva, ja käytettävissä on lasten lelu- / kannettava sänky. Kaapeli-tv ja nopea internetyhteys sisältyvät hintaan.

Kiinteistössä on rehevä maisemointi, jossa on rauhallisia koi-lampia, kaksi uima-allasta (yksi kaunis syvä uima-allas ja toinen laguuniallas, jossa on omistettu lasten hiekka-allas), kaksi poreallasta ja pääsy rannalle maailman kauneimpiin laguuniin. Kiinteistössä on Wolf-ulkogrillit ja -pöydät, jotka sopivat täydellisesti grilli-iltaan ja nauttia maailmanluokan auringonlaskuista.

Lomakeskus sijaitsee vastapäätä Ko Olina-golfkenttää, Ted Robinsonin suunnittelemaa LPGA-mestaruuskenttää.

Where to begin… this place is STUNNING just as described on the link and more. Inside: The condo provides the feel of welcoming with warmth and comfort just like being at home..beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials and most importantly the home was so clean!! Outside: Ah! Where to start..sitting in the lani provides breathtaking views especially of the sunset. We enjoyed the quiet moments to read, have a cup of coffee reminiscing about the day or simply be at one with God on the comfortable patio chairs. The beautiful lush grounds offers beautiful walking trails to enjoy the fresh breeze whether day or night, a skip and a hop to the beach 🏝️, shopping so close without disturbing the integrity of relaxation … Gosh my list can go on and on and on how beautiful this place is. So I say, click the button, lock in your dates and experience creating your special memories for yourself, this place will not disappoint. Can’t wait to return next year .. Relaxing family experience at Ko'Olina Beach Villas
Our family recently came back from Ko'Olina, and the Ko'Olina Villas are definitely a must stay when visiting Oahu. The apartment was very clean with all amenities included. Communication with the owner was very straightforward. They provided full instructions to the place. Nice second floor partial view of the adjacent lagoon. Appliances were all fully functional. Lagoon pool and the bar on site were a plus. Grounds are very quiet, ideal for families. No issues. Would stay again in this villa in a heartbeat!

Exceeded My Expectations
AMAZING! This one word describes my stay at Ko’Olina Beach Villas. This was my fourth time visiting Hawai’i, but my first time staying at the villas. The property manager answered all of my questions prior to reserving this unit and made sure we had everything needed once we arrived. The property grounds were immaculate and the condo was clean. My only recommendation is a cordless vacuum to help with the sand. We stayed for two weeks and sweeping the floors with a broom 1-3 times a day did take awhile. I am very particular about cleanliness and tidiness and I was impressed with how clean, spacious and tidy the unit was. The lagoon view from the lanai (patio) was breathtaking! My six and three year old loved spending time in this space. They also loved the pool areas and the lagoon is perfect for little ones as you don’t have to worry about waves. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on returning in the future.

Amazing Condo!
We stayed for 8 nights in the condo and it was absolutely perfect! It was so clean, smelled amazing and the views were outstanding! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and everything we needed for the beach which was just steps away. It was very quiet compared to the neighboring resorts and snorkeling was fun with lots of fish to see! We loved waking up and opening the large patio doors and sitting outside listening to the birds and waves every morning with our coffee. We were about 15 minutes walking distance to the local shops, grocery store, and restaurants which we took full advantage of! We were about 45 minutes to Pearl Harbor and about an hour or so to Waikiki depending on traffic and the time you go out and about. The condo had great amenities in both rooms/bathrooms. However, only thing I would suggest would be adding a few blankets for the bedroom and/or living room (the AC works so well we got cold!) and some extra towels as one was not enough and we had to wash it several times during our stay. Other than those items, we would absolutely recommend staying here and we’d love to come back and visit soon!

Nice resort
Great stay. The only issues were getting the stove/oven to turn on, need instructions to do so. The bbq pits by the bar at the pool didn't work, so we had to wait to be able to cook due to the number of people cooking. Thanks for an overall great place.

Beautiful view! Perfect size unit for a family of four. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Thank you for the wagon and chairs for trips down to the beach. Thank you for our beautiful stay in Ko Olina! The area is perfect for families to enjoy the pool and lagoons. We appreciate the use of your beach chairs, wagon, and toys. A dream come true vacation!
Our stay in Beach Villas 206 was an incredible experience. We were celebrating our 20 year anniversary with our family. This 2 BR condo was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled all across the island in 8 days, and we believe Beach Villas Ko Olina was the perfect place to stay. We looked forward to returning “home” from our adventures and island explorations every day. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of this destination. Waking up each morning to coffee on the lanai and a beautiful view of the ocean/lagoon, and surrounding gardens was serene. Speaking of the condo itself, it was a true gem. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained space. And local island treats! The condo was equipped with everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and prepare for excursions. The folding wagon was a huge plus! Last but not least, the communication and support from the management and Beach Villas staff was exemplary. We had very few questions or needs throughout our trip, but we knew exactly who to contact for a quick reply. We would love to return to Oahu and stay again in Beach Villas 206!
