Rantahotelli mökki Caddo-järvellä / Big Cypress Bayou

Off the Hook Cabin on mukava 3 makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuoneen rantahytti, jossa on venevaja / kansi Caddo-järvelle / Big Cypress Bayou. Venevajaston huipulla on suuri 28 'x 32' osittain peitetty kansi, joka on täydellinen rentoutumiseen ja Caddo-järven salaperäisen kauneuden nauttimiseen. Mökissä on iso piha, jossa on ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu palokaukalo, joka sopii täydellisesti keräämiseen tai nauttimiseen sääntelykokoisesta hevosenkenkäkuopasta niille, jotka ovat hiukan kilpailukykyisempiä. Tuo veneesi nauttimaan edelleen järvestä ja käytä yhtä luistomme avulla veneesi käyttökohteiden välillä. Mökissä on täysin toimiva keittiö sekä hiiligrilli täydellisen aterian valmistamiseksi. Keittiössä on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvipannu, keittiövälineet ja astiat. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja kylpyamme ja pyyhkeet. Koukun ulkopuolella mahtuu helposti 6–8 henkilöä, joten tuo perheesi ja ystäväsi. Tule nauttimaan Hook-mökistä ja pakene tavallisesta. Ota yhteyttä Deidreen puhelinnumeroon 903-926-2461.

Nice boathouse at the water
Very nice and cozy house, well equipped with a beautiful terrace at the water. A lot of seating options - very enjoyable - we loved it! Surprise! There is a restaurant nearby with great food!

No complaints, house is on the water and very quite neighborhood . The decks over the water are extremely nice to sit and relax, screen is torn on the screened in side but still kept majority of the bugs out. We had a relaxing stay, the only thing that would have made it better was if the fish were biting.

Jet Boat Trip
We traveled to Caddo with at least 25 other people to run our jet boats all weekend. Our stay was amazing! The house right on the river was beautiful and convenient. The dock and boat slips (with lifts) were incredibly handy since we we could keep our boats right there. We would love to stay again the next time we visit!

Great Low Key Getaway
This cabin served our family of 5 needs. The beds were all comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor fire pit and loved that. We had a lamp not working and went to a convenience store to get a lightbulb and they happened to know where we were staying and gave us a light bulb. Turns out it was just unplugged, but the people were so nice and helpful. We took a swamp tour with Captain Ron just down the road. It's a must! We also discovered the town of Jefferson which we enjoyed. We would like to come back another time. The only downside was I thought it was overall a bit pricey.

Says tv and Wifi we would have been ok if the tv wasnt old and not where we could stream. its winter thats what we do . If it would have been summer outside is where we would have been not an issue . Fire pit a no chairs around unless you carried from upstairs in the dark .. light switches for outside difficult to find… we will more for an updated place clean but neede updating

Wonderful weekend getaway
Was able to get together with friends to kayak, enjoy the beautiful and serene nature close to the state park and national refuge. Launching kayaks was a little difficult but it’s just a short paddle away from Carter Lake and Pine Island Pond. Wi-Fi is a little slow but it was able to get some work done and enjoy some streaming. Covered deck kept us dry during a storm. Beds were comfy and place was clean! Would rent again.

Beautiful location
Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. I do have a couple of suggestions. We traveled in after dark pulling a boat and a house # at the road would be helpful. When I stepped in the front door, there is a step down that I didn't see because it was dark. I did fall (uninjured) and had my hands full. I could see this being a safety concern if I'd been a few years older. Maybe a light in that doorway would be good. We were able to use one of the boat slips with our bass boat. The second one with a lift was not working. The one not working is actually set up for a bass boat where the one we used is set up for a smaller boat. We were able to lift up enough to keep the boat from hitting the dock when others came down the river but it could be better if the other side were working. Again, suggestions, not complaints. We would stay again regardless!

We left a day early because of the pending rain. The neighbors were very loud on one side. The front door doesn't lock. I will remember to bring paper towels next time. We only used one bedroom - left the dirty linens in the wash as we didn't have the right soap. Outstanding place.

Relaxing Weekend
This was a great house for my husband and 3 grown kids to stay for Mother’s Day weekend. There was plenty of room for us all. The deck was very relaxing and perfect for enjoying my morning coffee.

Great Location and Beautiful Dock!
We enjoyed our time. The location was great with just short drives to Jefferson and Marshall. Boats slips were a great positive and we were able to hit the river at a moments notice. The deck was a great place to enjoy a meal and drinks. The only negatives is that the kitchen is tiny, but we adjusted our menu to not include a ton of prep. In addition the upgraded thermostat is on a schedule, we all found ourselves waking up in the middle of the night sweating because it would reset in the middle of the night. Other than those issues the house was great for our needs.
