THE SUITES:
You get both - The 1 bedroom Studio & The 2 Bedroom Suite. Please note: they are NOT interconnected but rather separate units on the same property.
Altogether, you get 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 adults plus children.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Default Setup: The 2-bedroom suite includes a Split King bed with adjustable frames in one of the bedrooms.
* Alternative Configurations (available upon request prior to arrival):
* A) Seamless King Bed: We can bridge the gap between the two mattresses for a traditional king-size bed. Please note that the adjustable bed frames will not function in this configuration.
* B) Two Twin XL Beds: The Split King can be separated into two Twin XL beds for guests who prefer individual sleeping arrangements within the shared room.
* IMPORTANT: The adjustable bed frames are a fantastic feature, but they're also delicate. To ensure they work properly for all guests, please avoid sitting on the head/foot of bed when the frames are in elevated positions. Also, please keep children from playing with the controls, as this can damage the mechanisms. Thanks for helping us keep these beds in great shape! 🙏

ATTENTION:
Our standard setup is two guests per bed. If separate beds are required for each person (beyond the standard king beds) additional linen charges will apply. A $25 per bedding fee will be added after booking and must be paid before arrival. Please notify us in advance if you need separate beds; otherwise, we will assume two adults per bed. This does not apply to bookings with extra guest fees.

GUEST ACCESS:
Pool (seasonal) is open between 10 am - 10 pm everyday. You are welcome to use it earlier, just know that we will be around cleaning and setting up the pool and area prior to 10 am.
During cooler season (Spring and Fall) we usually keep the pool covered when not in use, especially early morning and after sunset. This is to retain the heat so that the pool water is always warm. So feel free to unroll the summer cover or text us and we will un-roll the cover for you.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
‘Owners live on the property (2nd floor).’

The front yard and backyard are shared areas by our family. However we limit the use of the backyard and its amenities to give guests their privacy when in use. Pool, Hot tub, backyard is only for people listed on this reservation. Please read our house rules before booking.

While our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere, please note our home isn't entirely soundproof and isn't childproof. However we do our best to keep sound at a minimum when we are hosting guests.

We have two dogs that occasionally need to go outside in the backyard. We do our best to limit their time outside when we have guests, but there may be times when they need a short break. If you’re uncomfortable around dogs, please let us know in advance.

Last, but not least, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including trip interruption insurance, to protect your booking funds in case of unexpected changes to your plans. This can provide peace of mind and help prevent financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
