The toilet was continuously running and when we told the front desk,nothing was done about it. Beds were comfy but the room above us was really noisy

Great place! Would stay here again!

Check in was super fast, the front desk person was friendly. Our room was much bigger than expected, and super clean. The hotel was busy with hockey teams but it never felt crowded and everyone was respectful in regard to quiet times. The pool and hot tub area was clean and super fun!

We returned from dinner, passed the front desk person, walked to the elevator where people had called for it. We all waited. Summoned the elevator again and again and yet it didn’t come. Went to the front desk around the corner and said “the elevator isn’t coming to the lobby” He replied, “ya, it’s broken” As we had waited for several minutes, no sign indicating that it was not working, and he couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that as we entered the lobby. Me have stayed many many times over the years. They renovations and disruptions. But since new management and front desk staff, it has soured our desire to ever stay again. We will not stay there again. This is not the first problem we’ve had, but it will be the last.

Very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was lots of fun and they had a great spread for breakfast. The nightly rate was excellent for the value received. Highly recommend and will be back again.
