In a classified medieval site with sea view, an independent, comfortable and quiet house of 120 m2 on two levels.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and 1 large double bed 160cm in the other and 2 large wardrobes, a bathroom, a w. vs. independent, an entrance and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first floor includes a large living room of 60 m2 with a living room and satellite TV, a dining room, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bed for 1 person; an American-style kitchen and an independent paved terrace directly overlooking the park.
Household equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, coffee maker and all cutlery, dishes, plates, pans, pots, pans, cake pans and others.
A private tennis court and river in an area of 26 hectares of forest are available. The sandy beach of Île à Poule is 600 m away, there is a mooring ramp. The village of Pleubian, located 3 km away, has 3 banks, a post office, 3 doctors and 2 Super Markets.

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung pur - Paix absolue et pure détente
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Cidre und hausgemachte Crêpes standen als Willkommensgruß bereit. Wunderschönes Anwesen in Alleinlage, sehr ruhig mit riesigen Waldgrundstück. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen und gerne in der Natur sind, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Propriétaire très sympathique. Du cidre et des crêpes maison étaient disponibles en cadeau de bienvenue. Belle propriété dans un endroit isolé, très calme avec un immense terrain forestier. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage en quelques minutes à vélo. Fortement recommandé aux personnes qui recherchent la paix, la détente et aiment être en pleine nature. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise !

Véritable manoir empreint d’histoire, la propriété, en tout point conforme à la description, est particulièrement agréable pour se reposer et découvrir l'est du Trégor. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine dans un cadre somptueux. Tennis privatif et grands espaces pour les enfants et le chien. Seul bémol, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de terrasse plein soleil pour le soir, mais ça serait se priver des frênes centenaires...
