Ok stay. Somewhat dated finishes. Pull out couch mattress needed replaced. It was well worn and uncomfortable. Rest of resort caters to families, who are mostly inconsiderate when walking the corridors.

The food from the eatery was delicious and having access to Starbucks and the gift shop on the premises was extremely convenient. I really enjoyed my vacation time alone for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day without family members and friends. This vacation stay at the resort rejuvenated and sustained my spirits. I took advantage of the spa area and the heated adults only pool and jacuzzi area.

Beds were rock hard, water park was too cold to use in December, room smelled like bleach, and there was no hot water. We left early and were told the hotel would refund the entire stay but Expedia said no notes were left by hotel so there wasn’t a refund. That being said the staff was all very good except for the front desk girl the first night who wore so much perfume it was literally making me sick.

The first room didn’t have hot water, so they immediately changed our room. I wish they deep clean the tub as I can tell it’s old, but overall I’m sure it’s clean the best it can. I’m still waiting for my $200 deposit back.

This was a last minute trip. We were amazed with the suite, the water park, gym, restaurants, gift/pro shop and the beautiful architecture and golf course. The staff could not have been more friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine ahead of time and it was delivered and waiting in our room with two nice wine glasses. The pools and hot tubs at the Camelback buildings were beautiful and refreshing both in the evening and early in the morning. We loved the Christmas decorations, the little fireplaces/pits and Adirondack chairs were a nice touch. We will be back soon!

This was a great property,wish I stayed longer to experience the water park. The front desk staff and bellmen were so courteous from day one to check out. The lady bartender at the lobby bar was so personable. Great team!!

Had such a great stay! The water park was awesome and staff was really friendly. We got upgraded to a king suite and it was everything we could have hoped for. Definitely coming back and bringing my daughter!
