Flying Horse Resort & Club offers 102 accommodations with iPod docking stations and MP3 docking stations. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Beds feature premium bedding. Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street.

Loved the outdoor pool, and the property was gorgeous. Our room was great, but it is very odd that we couldn’t control the temperature. As a result, we slept with the sliding glass door open, which doesn’t seem very safe.

Loved where the property was located. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bar was conveniently placed, only downside it did close at 10p every night. The food was amazing. Highly suggest trying the restaurants out.

This property is beautiful, it’s very clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room we had was perfect for our family of four, very spacious. Added plus was the balcony. Food was good and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this resort and stay here again.

The rooms were awesome, with high ceilings and lots of space. Great bathroom, beds. One negative is the lighting. You can't shut off the nightstand lamps independent of the wall switch. Also, there is a smoke detector right above one of the beds that has a super bright LED light that shines right on the bed. This was a bit annoying.

It’s a beautiful property but a lot of things were closed or blocked off so you couldn’t enjoy most of it. They control the temperature of your room from a computer so we couldn’t sleep because it was hot until we finally called at midnight since the thermostat did nothing. The front desk lady didn’t know any of our questions and would transfer us to lines that didn’t answer. We ordered take out from the restaurant but they didn’t even give us silverware. I will say the food was great though. Some areas said closed for event even though we checked and there was never an event or anyone there. We basically just got to stay in a room, not be able to sleep until after midnight because of the thermostat issue and had to eat with our hands. It wasn’t worth the price just to be in a pretty area and building.

Not a good location to take in key things to do in the region. It’s more of a country club in an upscale neighborhood which is very nice just not the feel we were looking for.
